Worst app and customer service
My account was closed trying to send for the 3rd time. I called customer support and they could not give me any reason why it was closed just for security reasons. They cannot reactivate my account and said my only option is to go to a physical location. I spoke with the manager who said the same thing. So in other words, this app is worthless.

Company need to fix the Customer support online, and provide more information on the platform after collecting personal information for customer.

I’ve been using money gram for almost 20 years. When they went digital I was surprised, so convenient! I’ve been able to send money to my home country so easily!

Receiver issue
Every time I send money to one specific receiver you deny and I have to waste time for an hour to call you and you guys always ask us for his father, grand father name, country name, citizen ship, date of birth etc etc

Totally useless
First transfer rejected twice. Generic rejection message, no explanation, no steps to take, told to go to a location and try it there. Useless. Deleted.
