Can’t use the mortgage filters
This App is not fit for purpose, if you do a mortgage search you cannot use the filters as there is a box containing the home button right over the search box at the bottom of the screen, Ive tried on my phone and on my ipad same on both,

I searched for cheap mobile contracts and get buying a new phone! Useless

It’s my go to app for all financial options. I’ve saved hundreds of pounds on car insurance house insurance. I’ve made hundreds of pounds on bank switching. Deals are another option too .

Totally unmissable if you are penny pinching
Poor layout
Really clunky if you try to complete an insurance questionnaire on IPad. Adverts and promotions fill 60% of screen and very small entry boxes at bottom with need to scroll back and forth to locate next question box. Indication was you could enter details early before renewal date so site times reminders to obtain best deal, but in reality this is not true it’s only looking at 30 days ahead. Whether site saves details is questionable for future use. Not sure I would bother trying to use app for this again due to the poor clunky format.

The site or app doesn’t accept my password and when I try to get a code sent to rest the password the email never arrives.
Very helpful
My English is a second language and I’m a 62 year old woman with technical difficulties . MSE helps me to do things myself and not ask children for help. Be clear, I’m reviewing my experience of the app, not MSE or any part of Martin & his team - I value what they’re about - BUT - the app? My big gripe is that it does not remember who I am and every time I open it, I have to log in, with an e-mail address, and a password. No notion of biometric i/d confirmation? Now, I must be doing something wrong somewhere, but what? How do I streamline this very 20th century process so that I don’t have to remember another **** password every time I want to see what Mr Lewis’ elves are recommending this week?

This is my go to site for anything and everything that I may purchase or need advice for. It is the size I recommend to all my family and friends and encourage my grandchildren, who are now learning to drive and looking at saving money. Definitely recommend to all.
