Clear layout, free credit report every month
I absolutely love this app. The layout is really easy to use and simple to find your way around. It’s brilliant that I get my credit report completely free every single month. Everything is clear, no hassle at all, and works perfectly. I only wish they would add a dark mode option to make it easier on the eyes. Highly recommend!

Incorrect credit information held
It would be minus stars if I could. Incorrect information held by Transunion that affects credit scores provided by MoneySuperMarket. It is impossible to get credit agencies to validate the information and they blame the financial institutions. If you believed my credit report I have no credit history or electoral roll presence. I have voted in all elections for the last 40 years. Is it a problem between Transunion or MoneySuperMarket? I don’t know. What I do know is that Transunion generated reports are completely wrong. Consumers have no way to force companies to ensure they have the correct information.

Lost reward
After receiving your message, I visited the site to convert this reward into a store voucher. At first, the status showed it was "processing", and stated I would receive a follow-up email once ready – however I have not received any further message to date.
When I checked again recently, the system now shows that I have already redeemed this reward today, which is not correct as I have not completed or confirmed any redemption action.

I went online as a New Customer and Purchased Broadband and Car Insurance the Car Insurance was Due on The 23rd May 2026 In Which I Purchased From MoneySuperMarket then you are Meant to Receive a Gift Reward at £20.00 Pounds and Never Happened
Then In July 2026 I Purchased Broadband Fibre and TV Package From MoneySuperMarket then you are Meant to Receive a Gift Reward at £20.00 Pounds but Never Happened Again?
I have sent over 6 Emails to Customer Service Support at MoneySuperMarket and Now I am In The Process of Making An Complaint to them again online by Resolver I have not here so far from MoneySuperMarket Customer Service Support
It is just that they MoneySuperMarket Keeps Banging on about they give you Money Rewards When You Purchase a Product online From Money Super Market

When I go to do a credit score check it ask me to put details however when trying to put mobile it does not wok

They advertised their savings with a prize draw. One has to access via the app. It doesn’t work.
Really misleading offer
I followed the instructions to deposit £100 to be in with a chance of EasyJet vouchers but the savings accounts have £1000 as a minimum-very misleading! And below my expectations.

Received offer at 13:54, saying 10,000 £2.50 Sainsbury’s voucher available - 14:40 all gone! Really? Nah,fake!
No reward received!
Unhappy because I “redeemed “ a reward for taking out some insurance for my daughter and son in law. I was told that I would receive an email to my email address (same as used on my account,) yet no email received and now showing as “reward redeemed,“ with a zero balance. Very disappointing and no obvious way to talk to anyone to get this fixed???

Can’t access app, tells me to update, but then goes back to just open the app up, cannot update
Customer service dreadful
We usually write reviews when something is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. Unfortunately Money Supermarket is the latter . Whilst I have managed great deals with insurances etc. , trying to update the app , obtain substantial rewards etc , lack of support is infuriating. Customer services are a complete joke. Unhelpful, don’t respond to emails, they let down what should be an excellent service.

App sends you into a loop.
Every time I try to open app I get sent to App Store to update. Because my app IS up to date it just say ‘open’ in App Store and when I open it the app tells me I have to update! Seriously giving up with this app - no proper connectivity and poor customer interface

Haven’t been able to access my score with my account, just keeps telling me I already have the app……. I’m aware of that, just like to see my score??
No genuine rewards Beware!
I was supposed to receive a reward after buying car insurance through them. The reward link arrived today but the gift is just a photo not possible to use in any way. Also can’t find a way to contact this site for complaint or clarification.
