This app is actually the worse I’ve used in a while ..recently downloaded and set it up ..even put in my money ..but I can’t send money for some unknown reason ? Really bad app don’t bother downloading

Bad banking app
This banking app has been the first useless banking app I’ve used in my life….. i really regret the day i downloaded this app open an account with my own hands.
This bank is just more like a fraud app to me it has been over a month now i did a transaction of the sum of 50,000 (200,000) 4time to someone and the beneficiary got only two 50,000 (100,000) on the 24th of June 2026 and I have been contacting the so called support for weeks the see nothing to do about it after a week I had to locate their office Around here in Ibadan I went there explained to them about this and I was told to come back after two days the days happens to be on Friday and I went back there and I was told the money would be reversed back to my account in 3 to 7 working days which I also waited after the eight day I went back to thier office that the beneficiary didn’t get the fund neither do I since then I have gotten my money back 100,000 home just like that within this Moniepoint banking app
They now keep on telling me to be patience after how many weeks anytime I go to their office at bodija favors cost me 4,000 for 5 times is that a gain for me or loss
