Verification Taking Too Long

I installed the app, completed my registration, and submitted my verification. I was told it would be completed within 24 hours, but it has now been almost 48 hours and my account is still not verified. Please look into this and complete my verification as soon as possible.

Inactive app/managements

This seems to be one of the worst banking app I’ve seen because how would I create an account with you and I wouldn’t be able to use it after a week even after i verified it with my BVN/NIN ? You guys need to put more efforts in your customers service because it’s so frustrating
