More effective than expected!
Was able to easily sync this app with the MonPosture device, which is always a welcome relief. The device itself is easy to put on any type of shirt I’m wearing. I have it set to provide audio alerts to my iPhone and it really has helped me reverse my slouching habits throughout the day. Hope I continue making this a healthy habit in 2024!
