I bought the £7 a month subscription which is now £9 but I get YouTube premium lite, Uber One, A free treat from Greggs and a movie ticket each month at a Vue theatre and the best thing a RAILCARD THAT LITERALLY PAYS OFF THE MONTHLY PERKS CUZ OF THE DISCOUNTS. I wouldn’t recommend any other bank than monzo as of right now and their customer service is always amazing

I’m very disappoint very
Very frustrating experience with Monzo
I’m currently having two major issues with the Monzo app.
First, I’m completely unable to create an account. I’ve tried using a different phone number and a different Gmail address, but I still get the same “Something went wrong” error and cannot complete the process.
Second, I’m unable to reorder my existing card because I can’t change the delivery address from my old address. I no longer have access to that address, so if I reorder the card as things currently stand, it would be sent somewhere I cannot access.
I’ve tried troubleshooting the app but nothing has worked. I’m basically stuck and unable to resolve either issue through the app.
Please can someone from Monzo support look into this and contact me with a solution?
