I warn you do not get it if your looking for a card and your under 16 sure they do child cards but give you absolutely no freedom everything is just “ask your parent” like bro most of us using the app are not dumb 5 year olds we have common sense so atleast let us connect our cards to apple pay and also it took me and my dad a lot of time just to find the log in qr code JUST TO LET ME LOG IN like bro make the ui a bit more easier for people who aren’t chronically online and maybe dont know much about where to go and what that but apart from that if your a grown adult its a great app like otherwise i would give 5 stars but nope theres way too much false advertising about the child banking service

I got the under 16 account and so does my brother but we can’t send money between us and we have to use a link or get our mum to do it please Monzo change this also make it so we can have multiple accounts

Worst bank in my life they froze my account coz I got sent money from a friend and they had a stupid name so they keeps saying not it a scam it’s a scam and then they closed my back account for like no reason

I worked for Midland/HSBC for 26yrs and they were ground breaking with First Direct. Monzo now far exceeds this and are constantly evolving and looking for new ways to improve . I cannot recommend them enough except to say I no longer bank with HSBC
