Had Monzo years now and it’s the best bank - had a few fraudulent issues and have sorted them within an hour and refunded the money. Never had an issue with them and would never leave. Couldn’t recommend more.

I have this bank for ages … I have recently been through a couple of scams about I have reported this to the bank and had proof but still not they have said no evidence so I can’t get my money back .. this has happened couple of times now 🤬🤬🤬

Monzo is one of the best accounts I’ve ever had. Everything about the app is easily accessible, making banking simpler. My favourite bit about the app is being able to have incoming bank transfers released nearly a day earlier. For example, when you see your wages coming into your account, you can request the money after 4pm the day before 🙌🏼 Wish all banks did this.

I’ve been with Monzo since 2018 and since then they have and still are miles ahead of the average high street bank.
