Hi Josh and Katie, I really want to get started with this app but everytime I’ve put in my phone number and it’s says it’ll send me a code but it never does. Can you please tell me how to fix that?

Horrible

Customer support is horrible. I’ve been trying to contact the company for over 3 months now because I’m not able to log in on the website and all I get is an automated response that is not helping me. Would really appreciate a real person to communicate with in order to workout the issues I’m having. I can’t even cancel my subscription because I can’t log in. I’ve become very frustrated and have been a supporter of Josh and Katie for over 5 years now.

Have tried to cancel my subscription for 6 months

I tried this app for a few weeks and I decided to cancel. Got kicked out of the app, and the customer service email does not have any responses over the past 4 emails I’ve sent. Do yourself a favor and do not subscribe!
