fake coupons
No point in coupons or anyway of “saving money”. They lie saying it’s on sale and make you think you are saving money when in reality they make you pay a set price by fluctuating the “Duties and Taxes”. I did an experiment with a new acc vs an acc that was made 7days ago that does not have coupons. I bought the same Item and guess what? The one with coupons was only a difference of 14cents less than the one without.

Impossible to return or change
Their return policy makes us impossible to return the item. It is online shopping and pick the right size hard sometimes. But Musinsa do not offer any comprehensive return policy even you return, shipping cost is insane… Just buy other app… or ask Korean friends to get one
Bad customer service
I called fedex wondering I haven’t received my order and they told me they needed something from musinsa which took them almost 2 freaking weeks to give. These customer service representatives has done nothing but tell me to keep waiting extra 3 days for an update but guess what they never even updated me. I’m done with these representatives- you lie all the time quit your job.

Worst Customer Service/Returns
They do not offer returns unless clearly damaged. But when I tried to contact customer service multiple times about how my package bag arrived damaged with a missing item. They did not answer and it’s been 8 days with no resolve. Horrible service & horrible return policy.
Things really went downhill
The products may be great, but they’re not worth weeks of frustration and endless waiting if something goes wrong. Customer service is painfully slow, and you’re often left waiting with no meaningful updates or solutions. I won’t recommend shopping here unless you’re willing to take the risk.
