Service Due, Online search , 3D Remote View not working.
Oil Service due mileage not the same as shown in the vehicle. So they’re not communicating.
The Online Google search in Maps now unable to find any results.
3D Remote View option is suddenly missing on the app….
Is the operation of the App not tested prior to releasing the update?
Why would features be removed even though I’m still paying the annual subscription fee?
Please fix or revert to a prior version of the app when everything was working.

Needs more work
Hard to load and when loaded is full of glitches.
Have had to reload it several times. You would think a brand like BMW would have a better portal interface.

Charge in time slot is not working
The app always have problems with charging in time slot. After the latest update, the charge in time slot keeps on resetting to charge from 12am to 12 am basically charge at any given time without letting me set the specific time I want to charge (non peak hours) .
Trip Statistics and Other Information
The app no longer displays trip statistics, fuel consumption, and monthly summary usage. Please fix it as soon as possible.
Not accurate
Alarm always deactivated and keeps on displaying my car was unlock on my app. And apparently I was unable to lock using the app in the middle of the night. So unreliable
Its ok! The best thing is the map it locates your car!
Im going to give it a 3 maybe 4 stars because the map actually locates your car I forgot where I parked and it actually helped me find it besides that the lock/unlock takes forever to work air controller didn’t work and thats basically what it does unless I’m missing something besides telling me when I need service

Most convenient features are remote locking and showing the location where is my BMW.

Does not work for BMWs you own in Europe!? Really, it’s 2026 and they want me to change apple regions just to access this functionality for my second home? Shamefully low budget development.
Needs push notifications
App is missing any push alerts to let you know that the doors have been left open/unlocked. Every car brand has this feature on the app

If you have a BMW in the US and in the EU, it won’t let you add both cars! Are we expected to have a dedicated phone for each car? This is BS!
Charging mode time slot doesn’t keep
The charging time slot keeps changing on its own to seemingly random times. I have repeatedly set the charging schedule so that my car charges overnight while I’m sleeping, but the time slot keeps changing without me making any changes.
As a result, I wake up expecting my car to be charged, only to find that it hasn’t charged at all. This has happened multiple times and has seriously disrupted my schedule because I then can’t drive the car as planned.
A scheduled charging feature needs to be reliable. I should not have to constantly check whether the charging time has changed on its own. This is incredibly frustrating and defeats the entire purpose of having a scheduled charging feature.
Please fix this issue as soon as possible!

Does not work
The APP keeps asking my for my address in the US and I’m not in the US. So it wouldn’t work without this information. Simply does not work.
App is awesome but...
App doesn't honor the "no marketing communication" and keep sending push notifications for promotions etc And it happened again with a SiriusXM "offer" even with marketing preferences turned off, and again for some other "event".
Missing small feature
My car is setup to fold mirrors as well as lock doors with the fob. Why doesn’t this app fold the mirrors in when I lock it with the app? Add this feature please
Unreliable
Disconnects from the car for no apparent reason. Does not update via the Apple App Store so full reinstall needed for troubleshooting. Feels like windows 3 all over again. Should not be happening in 2026!
Great App with a few clutches
The app is great overall it just doesn’t always update service that’s already been done. And I’m still waiting for the low tire pressure warning to go away.

Push Notification Ads
The fact that I cannot turn off push marketing notifications is insane. When I go to do so, the app gives me a “sorry not available” message. I am assuming that is intentional. I could go out and buy a cheap car that doesn’t give me ads.
Glitchy app
It’s tiring to constantly have to reconnect my BMW financial info to the app. Whenever there’s an update it seems to disconnect, but when I attempt to reconnect it, there’s always an error.
