Charging mode time slot doesn’t keep
The charging time slot keeps changing on its own to seemingly random times. I have repeatedly set the charging schedule so that my car charges overnight while I’m sleeping, but the time slot keeps changing without me making any changes.
As a result, I wake up expecting my car to be charged, only to find that it hasn’t charged at all. This has happened multiple times and has seriously disrupted my schedule because I then can’t drive the car as planned.
A scheduled charging feature needs to be reliable. I should not have to constantly check whether the charging time has changed on its own. This is incredibly frustrating and defeats the entire purpose of having a scheduled charging feature.
Please fix this issue as soon as possible!

Does not work
The APP keeps asking my for my address in the US and I’m not in the US. So it wouldn’t work without this information. Simply does not work.
App is awesome but...
App doesn't honor the "no marketing communication" and keep sending push notifications for promotions etc And it happened again with a SiriusXM "offer" even with marketing preferences turned off, and again for some other "event".
Missing small feature
My car is setup to fold mirrors as well as lock doors with the fob. Why doesn’t this app fold the mirrors in when I lock it with the app? Add this feature please
Unreliable
Disconnects from the car for no apparent reason. Does not update via the Apple App Store so full reinstall needed for troubleshooting. Feels like windows 3 all over again. Should not be happening in 2026!
Great App with a few clutches
The app is great overall it just doesn’t always update service that’s already been done. And I’m still waiting for the low tire pressure warning to go away.

Push Notification Ads
The fact that I cannot turn off push marketing notifications is insane. When I go to do so, the app gives me a “sorry not available” message. I am assuming that is intentional. I could go out and buy a cheap car that doesn’t give me ads.
Glitchy app
It’s tiring to constantly have to reconnect my BMW financial info to the app. Whenever there’s an update it seems to disconnect, but when I attempt to reconnect it, there’s always an error.
Literally Unusable
I bought my car 9 months ago, and since then I’ve been unable to log into the app the whole time. Which also means I can’t select my profile in the car since that requires verification. I was a software PM so it’s not simply user error. Absolutely garbage app. I wanted my next car to be an electric BMW but given how much that depends on usable software, I’m ruling it out.

Little annoying
The app keeps creating a charge in time slot, random times, when it should remain on charge now. Annoying to have to keep an eye on the app and change it back.

My new 2026 BMW x3 keep ls deleting me from the app. What is wrong??

Great when it works
Over the past 4-6 months after updating to the latest BMW software at the dealer, I have not been able to use the remote services at all. I've tried contacting support but the response time is longer than adequate. Hopefully they fix their servers soon, unless they're deciding to leave the f-series generation in the dust.

Advertising *inside* my car
Remember two years ago when BMW said they would never use the inside of your car as an Advertising Space? Well these people are the worst. Now there’s a movie ad inside my car. BMW can never again be seen as a luxury vehicle… they are nothing more the first ride of so many disheveled subprime mortgage brokers. An aspirational half-step out of the gutter, while the hack marketing team claws you back down with paywalled features and dangerous in-car on screen ads. What a waste of a good brand.

Feature Request: Manual Transmission Remote Start via EPB / Reservation Mode
App is great! Would love to see native Remote Start support added for manual transmission vehicles in the app. The software architecture could easily utilize an app-validated Exit Sequence/Reservation Mode—requiring EPB engagement, neutral position check, and door-lock validation to arm the feature. If any door opens post-lock, the ready-state disarms. The hardware (EPB, clutch/start switches, connected sensors) is already in place; bringing the safety logic into the ConnectedDrive software would be a game-changer for manual owners!
