I haven’t been able to sign into the app for months it keeps glitching and not opening at all.
Needs updates
App crashes after printing the order , items are not posting to the website or people can double click the item to purchase it .

It’s saying that there is no account associated with this email. I tried everything nothing working.

Very good app but a lot of people payment are going through and im loosing 5-10 orders a day due to it some orders go through but im having so many people message me directly telling me payments won’t work

I really like the app. But after the update I can’t login to my app. It says that my email is not associated with any account. I have written an email to the support team but have not received any response back. Please help me.
Can’t open!
I love this app. Until as of last week. Presently it’s not unusable as I can’t even open it and it’s not because of anything needing to be updated. Help!!
Used to love it
A couple weeks ago, I lost the ability to upload photos from my phone to a product. Yesterday was a new update and now I can’t even open the app.
Usually 5 stars, but
2 weeks ago, an update force logged me out of the app. I can log back in, but now when I accept the new terms I get a spinning wheel and it never brings me to my store page. I can still use the website to view everything, but getting notifications of the orders as they come in can’t happen without the app. I have to check regularly now, so I hope this gets fixed because it’s highly inconvenient!

Can’t Add Photos
The app is easy to use and makes for convenient updating of product listings, managing orders, and reviewing traffic to the site. lately, you can delete product photos but can’t add any. Wish they would bring this feature back
Reporting problems
I enjoy this app but recently I haven’t been able to add any new items through photos every time I add photos they never show up when I press add

I used this app for ages and can’t fault it - however it will not let me in now and I cannot contact anyone - the app says I need to upgrade - I would certainly do this if there were instructions as to how or means of contact

Seit dem neuen Update funktioniert die „Anrufe identifizieren“ nicht. Das ist ein sehr wichtige Funktion. Viele Kunden rufen mich an und ich konnte bevor ich ran ging schon wissen, welcher Kunde mich anruft. Bitte updaten Sie das wieder.

Zuordnung Versand geht nicht mehr
Leider ist es seit dem letzten Update nicht mehr möglich, das Versand Etikett per Strich Code einer Bestellung zu zu ordnen. Scannen geht, dann werden aber keine Ergebnisse angezeigt, um korrekt zu zu ordnen.

But pleeeease, make „Customer group“ visible, when order appears on fulfillment process. For example: someone orders, is VIP. Mark with a star or button
