Dear Developer of the Firestone App
FIX THE ABILITY TO SEE THE UPCOMING APPOINTMENT IN THE APPLICATION. I’ve scheduled, then staff reschedules and I cannot change anything from within the app. I’ve also scheduled within the app and the appointment doesn’t show up.

Appointments in app not passing to store
Scheduling through the app for some reason does not actually pass to the store; when I have gone to store more than once and they have no appointments scheduled on their end (yes, I did properly scheduled them in the app, and no, I am not a boomer; I know how to use an app).
Easy sailing
Extremely easy to schedule, change, update appointments for my vehicles in the app. I love how the app also populates available offers for the services I may want or need.

Stores do not connect to scheduling feature
I have tried several times to schedule appointments with the app. They do not show in the store calendar and the employees/manager said they haven’t started using that feature.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever downloaded. I guess now it matches the bad customer service experience of the stores.
Great response and repairs
Great shop and repairs. Store manager figured out what the cause was on both of my wife’s car and my truck. James is very knowledgeable and doesn’t get the credit he deserves. Will always bring it back.

Recommended Maintenance
I had a recommended fuel system cleaning performed and coolant flush when I took my car in for other maintenance. Additionally, I was told I had a bad wheel bearing that was causing my alignment problem.
Ever since the fuel flush my engine has been vibrating excessively. Additionally, I received an engine over temp warning all of a sudden since having the recommended coolant flush completed. For the engine temp problem I was told my radiator was damaged and needed to be replaced. Plus that would drive another paid coolant flush. On top of that, I was told that the bearing that was supposedly replaced previously was still bad and had to be replaced again.
When I picked my car up after the repairs I asked to see the radiator damage, but they weren’t able not able to show me the damage on the old radiator. I asked if I could take the old radiator but was told I couldn’t take it either. I asked if they could send me pictures later of the damage but was told no because they have to scrap it on the day of. Lastly, my car still pulls to the left and the engine vibrates excessively.

They like when you show interest in car maintenance and are an active participant in the care of your vehicle.
