Recommended Maintenance
I had a recommended fuel system cleaning performed and coolant flush when I took my car in for other maintenance. Additionally, I was told I had a bad wheel bearing that was causing my alignment problem.
Ever since the fuel flush my engine has been vibrating excessively. Additionally, I received an engine over temp warning all of a sudden since having the recommended coolant flush completed. For the engine temp problem I was told my radiator was damaged and needed to be replaced. Plus that would drive another paid coolant flush. On top of that, I was told that the bearing that was supposedly replaced previously was still bad and had to be replaced again.
When I picked my car up after the repairs I asked to see the radiator damage, but they weren’t able not able to show me the damage on the old radiator. I asked if I could take the old radiator but was told I couldn’t take it either. I asked if they could send me pictures later of the damage but was told no because they have to scrap it on the day of. Lastly, my car still pulls to the left and the engine vibrates excessively.

The Mechanics here are first rate, always tell you every detail and very responsive to questions. They like when you show interest in car maintenance and are an active participant in the care of your vehicle. The service is quick and efficient, also there is a nice waiting room with soft chairs and tv.

On iPhone 17 pro it won’t load past appointments and won’t load future appointments.
Notifications won’t disappear
At least it’s easier to schedule an appt on the app rather than the unintuitive website but the app shows a couple notifications that won’t go away and nothing in app clarifies why I have a notification.
Also, the app isn’t terribly intuitive either but at least it’s miles better than the garbage website. I’m happy enough with the service I get at my local store but the app and website? Not so much.

Professional and Thorough
I’ve never had a bad experience at the Memorial Drive Firestone. The staff is always friendly and informative. When my truck needed an alignment the technician actually came into the waiting room and asked me to come and view the truck and why it was pulling to the right. That’s customer service that you don’t find often. I appreciate their efforts to make bad situations turn out great. 🇺🇸🫡

FIX!!! Update
can’t log in the app or website. i’ve changed my password multiple times and still nothing please fix

It’s ok but the service records feature doesn’t work, you can’t update them without getting an error message
Great app, except at no point do I see how much anything costs
The app is easy to navigate and shows you several discount coupons, however, at no point in scheduling a visit do I see anything about how much the services will cost. No idea if your oil change is going to cost you 60 bucks or 150 until you get to the place or call ahead.
Firestone is great but not the app
I love Firestone! They always do a great job.
The app is the issue. It needs to be more in sync with the stores. The appointments set on the app should be set in the store. Calling the store to set an appointment should then show up in the app. The appointments already made should show up in the app. It all needs to work together. Only actual available appointments should show up in the app. Firestone has a great design, it should be utilized to work properly.

No Tire Shopping Option
Went to site to shop for tires. It automatically fed me through to make appointment with no option to go back. Unable to go through tire choices available. That sucks

Easy / Powerful
So far, the app appears to be straight forward and super useful. No more “wondering” what and when I did the last maintenance detail on my vehicle. Puts me on the “same page” with my service manager and store. Add service confirmation photos to this app and it will be a “HOME RUN”. Great job Firestone 👍

Stupid website
What is wrong with having the ability to put in more then one service? And how about an inspection? This site is trash start over. I still have to call and wait to make a. Appointment

This is the worst app used To schedule any service. It shows you a positive sign on the right of the service already. Why? Tap it and then it’s now negative. Does this mean you don’t want it? I Need it. App never lets you know to check your email to confirm this is you as it will allow to schedule any service appointment,
