What's New in My Health Export

3.1.3

June 2, 2026

Version 3.1.2 This update is focused on reliability fixes for data exports, based on feedback from our users. Thank you to everyone who took the time to write in — your reports directly led to these improvements. Export date ranges now work correctly When selecting a date range to export, data is now included for the full calendar day — from midnight at the start of your chosen start date, to midnight at the end of your chosen end date. Previously, two issues could cause incomplete exports: Data from the final selected day could be cut off, with some users only seeing data up to the start of that day rather than the end. The day boundaries used during export could be anchored to a time other than midnight (for example, whatever time you first opened the app), meaning data recorded in the early hours of the morning might be missing from an export unexpectedly. Both of these have been fixed. All date boundaries are now consistently calculated from midnight in your local timezone, regardless of your location. Sleep data now includes timestamps in detailed exports When exporting detailed (raw) data, sleep metrics such as Deep Sleep, REM, Core Sleep, and total sleep duration now include individual session timestamps — so you can see exactly when each sleep stage occurred, not just the total duration for the day. This applies to all sleep stage metrics when "export detailed data" is enabled.

Excellent developer response

I encountered a significant problem immediately after upgrading to the Pro version, but the developer was able to turn around a fix in a matter of days

Response from developer

I'm so sorry JDRW625 that you have discovered this bug - but thanks for bringing it to my attention. I'm releasing a minor version upgrade tonight which should fix the error. However, if you would like a refund, I'm afraid I can't manage that myself, you'll have to submit a request via the App Store or reportaproblem.apple.com and they will happily return the InApp purchase to your account. I hope you can wait a day or two until the new version is released because I'm pretty sure it will get you up and running - look for version number 3.1.1

Disappointed

App shows as free in the App Store but you can’t actually do anything without paying/upgrading. I wish the app was transparent that this isn’t a free app.

Response from developer

The free tier offers 4 metrics exported over the prior 7 days only. The "pro" upgrade allows you to upload any number of selected metrics over any date period. It isn't quite accurate to say that the free version doesn't work - but I take your point - I'll update the content in the App Store to make this distinction clearer.

Great support and care!

One element did not seem to extract properly for me, but otherwise worked great. The developer replied to my previous less-than-favorable review, and they are legit always working to improve the app! Such a good tool as this should be native functionality!

Response from developer

Sorry to hear that Blood Glucose didn’t extract properly. I’d be happy to investigate it further if you like - or alternatively I’d be more than happy to refund your $2. There’s a process to follow on the reportaproblem.apple.com website that allows you to submit a claim. Sadly this is the only way to refund via the AppStore. If you’d like me to investigate - please send me an email to sam@samgledhill.au

Like it, but possible bug

Just downloaded and playing with it in iOS 26.4.1. For whatever reason, I cannot turn off the Weight metric. It’s not selected but shows on the main page and as a field in any and all exports. There never has been any Weight data in the Health app, so not sure why I can’t turn it off. Appears to be a bug. Otherwise seems to do the trick.

Response from developer

Thanks so much for taking the time to let us know about this bug. We're investigating it and hope to have a fix ready for when we ship the next version in the next couple of weeks.

Works as expected

This app does exactly what I was looking for: exporting a specific health field with a custom date range in a usable format. I also love there’s no subscription either - just a one-time charge. 👍
