The app isn’t user friendly. If there’s a way to set up autopay I have yet to find it and it never notifies me when my bill is due…

Mandatory service fees
You can avoid a service fee once by entering your bank info, but after that error every time. I’d recommend you don’t use any energy as an alternative.
Horrible interface steals money
The app allowed me to inadvertently process over $1200 in repeat payments without any indication. It took weeks to recoup the funds through a horrible process. Bad company and even worse app.

Apple Wallet can’t be accepted?
What’s is the purpose of this app? You can’t use any card on file on your Apple Wallet, when you manually enter it, it will says card already exist on wallet? Yet the app does not accept it???

Multiple payment processing issues through app
Not a big fan of the app’s payment processing system. Have had issues with the payment rescheduling feature, as well as a payment being processed and customer service having no record of it only for it to be returned to my bank weeks later putting my account past due.
Bill doubled in price
I have no idea how my bill doubled in price from one month to the next. I understand my bill would go up in the hot summer nights but completely doubling something is desperately wrong with JEA and their system. This needs to be addressed for everyone because that’s absolutely outrageous. Please do something about this JEA !!
