I want to subscribe the double offer bundle of 8500 instead of 4250 and I charged with 92 but it didn’t work for the double quota!! 🤷♀️

The biggest problem with internet service in Egypt is still the lack of unlimited internet packages. In 2026, it’s frustrating that customers have to constantly monitor their usage, buy extra quota, and worry about running out of data before the end of the month.

My internet package has been changed without my permission, even can’t contact any person from the customer services, a lot of money has been recharged and all gone in a minute without any use or reason !!!
Worst app ever
The worst mobile phone app I ever had the displeasure to use. The developer should consider a different career. Never works on WiFi so when your data is consumed you can’t use it to recharge !!!

Worst customer service experience, had some issues concerning my payment spent an hour to try to reach them without any response neither a solution.

Fees are big poor service
I was promised 60000 units if I recharged my account with 600 pound. After the heavy fees almost 50% or 258 pounds I still did not get anything. Now I’m 858 pounds down with no service I went to the store to put in a complaint and they forgot to put it in 2 days later I go again the guy puts in the complaint finally. Now I’ve spent almost 1100pounds to have data and still have not gotten my 60000units. Only good thing is the free Spotify premium.
