Can’t talk to a customer service agent
I want to subscribe the double offer bundle of 8500 instead of 4250 and I charged with 92 but it didn’t work for the double quota!! 🤷♀️
GARBAGE
The biggest problem with internet service in Egypt is still the lack of unlimited internet packages. In 2026, it’s frustrating that customers have to constantly monitor their usage, buy extra quota, and worry about running out of data before the end of the month.

Very bad, every few days stop and need removing it and install again for work kindly solve this issue

My internet package has been changed without my permission, even can’t contact any person from the customer services, a lot of money has been recharged and all gone in a minute without any use or reason !!!
Worst app ever
The worst mobile phone app I ever had the displeasure to use. The developer should consider a different career. Never works on WiFi so when your data is consumed you can’t use it to recharge !!!
