Why do I need to download this app to get my parcel. “For security reasons” yeah right. Give me my parcel now stop holding it hostage!
Disappointing and Neglected App
The MyParcellocker app feels like a bare minimum effort that hasn't been properly maintained or developed. The interface is confusing and poorly designed, making basic tasks like updating your payment card unnecessarily complicated. If you just need to manage parcel pickups, this app will likely frustrate you more than help you.

Developer rort
Another developer rort allowed in Qld where the developer receives a kickback from the company that supplied the machine this was not disclosed on the sale contract corruption at its finest and certainly a rort charging fees on a parcel if not collected in 24 hours
Needs more features
I get 0 notifications when a parcels arrives. I can’t unlock the parcel box from the app. App seems pretty useless just tells me the parcel details and if it’s been collected or not.
Worst idea ever
Could not be any worse stole my parcel and could not get it out.

This shonky company is nothing more than a blatant money-grab whilst providing an inferior product and service. Beware.
Scam, suck up your money
Used to live in apartments and they use this system to pick up a parcel that’s why I downloaded and used this apps. Now we moved to another place and never use the apps anymore but they keep charging money from me!!! Been emailing them but no solution and still get charge over nothing even when i put this review i still got charge!!!????

Miserable to use
Miserable to use. Delivery drivers have no idea where to find it then they’re supposed to magically know how to use it when they do. Parcel locker state the local delivery drivers know how to use it. I beg to differ. No delivery driver has figured it out yet. Overly complicated service with poor signage and delivery drivers unaware what it’s for or how to use. Definitely does not do what it’s supposed to do.

Hate the app hate the company
They dupe you of your money by charging unnecessary fees and you can’t do any thing because the parcel is with them. And whilst you suss out your issues with them, the parcel remains longer with them and they charge you more fees.

Trash app ever
Couldn't use phone number for logging and resetting password, and your email will never receive their emails either. You won't get you package and it keeps in it and increase the fee again and again. DO NOT USE IT PLEASE.

The app stays at the login page after tapping login button many times.
Problem with register
So in order to register, app has txt msg me a code. However after that there are no where to input that code to continue the registration. So end up can’t use the facility

You can collect your parcel so easily by using their lockers. I hope they can install more lockers and make a new app in the next year.

App is far from being user friendly, basically an webpage loaded from the icon.
Lacks of a proper screen management, it says 2 free but doesn’t explain what are those 2 free things. Can’t consult any information about prices.

My Parcel Locker is a life saver because I’m often not home for deliveries and can’t get to the post office during open hours. Customer service is great too. They helped me set up my account over the phone. Happy customer! Thanks.
