Unable to complete update

Unable to complete update. When trying nothing happens. Now I’m unable to access the app and unable to see what my balances are.

The more they fix it…

… The more bugs. And the latest interface is just downright confusing.

App is worse.

Before I updated it it had a rating of 3.5 stars and after updating it it went down to 3.4 stars and I can honestly think that it will probably go down to one star. At least the format was easy to read and understand and this format is not good. Having to click on the top left side to get a menu to get claims up is more time-consuming than it was before.

When are you going to fix this?

This app has had issues ever since you released it. Since the latest system upgrade started in September 2022, none of your technology has been working the way it should. Especially this app.
We were promised that you would have this sorted out by the end of January 2023. Still waiting. Not good enough.

I’ve had this app for many years I can no longer log into the app it only send me an email and then goes straight to the web but not in the actual app. It’s been like this for months on end fix it
