Unable to complete update
Unable to complete update. When trying nothing happens. Now I’m unable to access the app and unable to see what my balances are.
The more they fix it…
… The more bugs. And the latest interface is just downright confusing.
App is worse.
Before I updated it it had a rating of 3.5 stars and after updating it it went down to 3.4 stars and I can honestly think that it will probably go down to one star. At least the format was easy to read and understand and this format is not good. Having to click on the top left side to get a menu to get claims up is more time-consuming than it was before.

When are you going to fix this?
This app has had issues ever since you released it. Since the latest system upgrade started in September 2022, none of your technology has been working the way it should. Especially this app.
We were promised that you would have this sorted out by the end of January 2023. Still waiting. Not good enough.

Logging in
I’ve had this app for many years I can no longer log into the app it only send me an email and then goes straight to the web but not in the actual app. It’s been like this for months on end fix it

I find if the app works then the categories have you scrolling for a long time . You should be able to enter key words or they have sub directories. I’ve taken to just email them, which is a shame and waste of time

Meets our NDIS needs
Happy with the My Plan Manager app after a few months use. Meets our needs, though we do have very few providers. Would be ideal if users could upload invoices for new providers rather than emailing, but that’s also not a huge task.
Has never worked for entire 1yr plan!
Beyond terrible. Joined BECAUSE of the app and the MPM team talking it up when I enquired over the phone about their service. For the entire year of my plan the app hasn’t worked - doesn’t load info and can’t submit anything through it. They keep promising updates which never come to anything. And I’m always having to follow them up on the phone and you always have to deal with a different person. Over it! Changing provider.

Never shows available balance. Has had a glitch for several months now. Not happy
Not happy. Always crashes. Had other providers paid when they were never a provider of service to me in the first place. Glitch shows you have no available balance. FIX THIS!!!!
Don’t use them!!
They do not answer calls or return them. If they do their line is so full of static they cannot be heard after many attempts.
They owe me thousands of dollars and I’m not getting any paid into my account.

The app is not useable, crashes continuously - I’ve given up!

I am struggling with this app. I can’t get in and then when I do the information does not come back to me. Extremely hard to navigate

Forgot password link doesn’t work
So the service itself is pretty good, easy to see your plan and see invoices that companies have submitted for payments or make a claim yourself.
The app itself is a shocker though. It doesn’t save your username or password or use face/touch ID. What’s worse is that the ‘forgotten password’ link in the app is the only way to reset your password AND IT DOESN’T WORK!
So yeah, the premise is good but the execution is terrible!

Hasn’t worked yet
This app has never worked for me. I rang them and they said they would get there IT people to look at it. I called again and they advised to uninstall then reinstall, still does not work. You can’t even use their website as it tells you to use the app.

This app needs a lot of help. If you manage to login (which requires you to enter your email and password every time even if you regularly use it) most times the app either crashes or you get stuck on a blank screen and have to start all over.
If you can’t remember your password you can’t change it using the app (even though there is a link in the app) You need to use their website! The website is easier to use than this app.
It also takes a long time for plan details to be updated so you can’t use the app as a basis for budget updates etc.

App is useless
App constantly won’t access my password, the website on the lap top works, so it’s the app that is a problem!
Iphone 11
I have been waiting 3 weeks to have an issue with this app fixed.Will not open, Tried all sort of suggestions such as changing password, deleting app and closing down phone. None work. I have been told it is an Iphone 11 issue only. Made numerous phone calls and sent emails regarding this issue. It was suggested I use my laptop, however I need the app to work as I am not able to easily open and log in to my laptop. Plus the app was better to see the account in detail.

Just get to the screen to logon and it just crashes completely useless
