Good luck cancelling

Whilst the insurance was adequate when it came time to renew i had sold the van. You cant cancel, turn off auto renew without speaking to someone. 1st the number to call is hidden - displayed as she same colour text as the background. The number rings and rings or they put you on hold or put you on a call back list… and dont call back. So now i have a policy for a van i dont even own.

I will never use again.

Renewal

Rubbish iv been try ing to cancel my renewal for weeks cos iv sold my van when you cancel on portal it tells you to ring a number no one answers automated voice says press 1 for a call back when they callback you answer and a bloke says sorry no one here to take your call and if you try to ring them so as it stands after 21 days of trying to speak to someone I still haven’t directly it’s easier to get through to the pope if this is an award winning portal I dread to think what it was like before it won the award

App design is good but notifications do not work. When you turn the toggle on it turns back off when you exit the policy.

Absolute failure of an app

On my iPhone 15, magic link does not work. App just sits there forever trying to import data from somewhere.. On my M1 Mac, magic link works and I see the app has my data, but the display is phone sized, and when viewing the documents the text is so small you cant read it. They arn’t zoomable, and the download function does not work. Not helpful in the slightest…

Very easy to access. Reminds me when my MOT is due and can see when my insurance is ready for renewal. I can also access my wallet on my phone and it shows anyone who needs to see that I am insured. Would highly recommend this company

Excellent customer experience

Excellence customer service I got from one gentleman whose name I sadly can’t recall. Exceptional. He was so helpful and very patient, took his time to explain things into details and helped me choose the right policy for my van. I will give him a recommendation score of 100 and more if there was a scale to measure his performance.
