Mobile App Doesn’t Work
Tried this app a couple of years ago and found it glitchy and useless. Nothing has changed.
After receiving a late notice payment and overdue charge because I did not receive a bill in the mail was assured the app was much better and a way to avoid undelivered bills by Canada Post.
Set up an account, can sign in on computer, downloaded the app and can’t sign in on mobile devices.
Still not impressed.

Loses info
Doesn’t save updated payment option. I have to put in the information every time!
Ongoing glitch
Will NOT let me enter my exportation date for my debit card. Will literally let me click everything else but that space is not clickable. Even using the up and down arrows don’t work it skips over it. Very very frustrating

Horrible system !
Declines my cc every month. Told to erase and resetup all over again each time . It then accepts charge until the next month and does it all over again. Told that you have a glitch in the system. Why can't you fix it ?
This app needs an update baddd
This app sucks, I like to have apps on my phone for my bills and this is the only app that gives me trouble. I literally have to go on safari and add the site to my Home Screen like an app and log in that way pls pls pls fix this app
Unreliable
This app continues to decline payments with no reasoning. It doesn’t matter whether it is check or card.
Worse water company
This is the worse water company my bill is always so high and when I ask customer service is so rude

Worst company
Blue granite is probably the worst company that I have ever worked with in my entire life. I have more problems get them to take the bill even when I’m paying it in front of them. Asking them to process it giving them the numbers. I still have problems getting the bill to go through and this past bill they build somebody’s account that’s not even mine and told me I needed to go back in and repay it before I was charged a late fee for them entering the wrong numbers on their end. Of course I did. I don’t want someone else to pay my bill, but it’s just amazes me that this is the hardest company to actually get to process your payment. It’s almost like they do this to charge you more on your next payment. I also had over a 2000 gallon water bill billed to me. And can visibly see a leak in my neighbors yard. Yet my bill was over $1600.00 if you were looking to move an area make sure they do not use blue granite

What’s supposed to credit my bill never did after they put in new meter and left my house running on side of house

It gives you a hard time when you get to the area where you place your credit card number. It really does need improvement.
Ya’ll charge whatever you want.
Cost is ridiculous. Straight up monopoly. Franklin at your company in accounting is very nice and the only bright spot of a horse bukkakke of a business.

Crashes every time I try to login. 8/11/25, reinstalled still crashes when trying to login. Still useless.
Glitchy
The cell app does not allow you to enter cc changes easily. Camera reader doesn’t read. Have to enter manually every month. Truly worst app I’ve ever used.
