This app sucks please use direct deposit. I’ve been trying to login for about 4 weeks and it’s not letting me i’ve reset everything. The customer support is even more trash.
Absolutely abysmal
My account was locked. I spent 20 minutes having to explain over and over that I needed the account to be unblocked. They asked me the same questions over and over. They put me on hold like seventeen times. They asked me if I had access to my virtual card, which I explained I didn’t because my account had been blocked and I hadn’t added that to my wallet yet. She then asked me if I had attempted to add it to my wallet recently. Like 0listening comprehension.

The worst support
I called several times to both white and black cards, none gives me a real solution simply that they are migrating data???? I didn’t know that we are in the 2000s and a data transfer took more than a week. They play with people’s time and money
Cutting vault off
Some how my card always get hacked. The app just stop working out of nowhere! Even the online website don’t allow you to log in & when you call they never know why! This is the most frustrating app ever

The available amount is the only one that actually matter however they add a sub category that’s completely irrelevant im pretty sure they’re only in business due to partnerships with companies if that is the reason that brought you here I recommend transferring your direct deposit to an actual bank as soon as possible

The card never works it is to cheap made is what vendors say and you stand there trying over and over to use it to make purchases and it takes forever needs addressed asap
Terrible card company
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET THIS CARD. I got it through my job and its always an issue either with showing your current balance and showing all transactions as they are made. Available balance & Current balance never adds up. Now my money is mysteriously $0 for available balance when that is inaccurate.

Card Closed. RANDOMLY TOLD NO MONEY IN ACT. Vault is obviously stealing money from customers
Card randomly got closed. First call in. Stated it was escalated. Second call in. I was told my $400 in my account disappeared. I know the money was there prior it being closed. Now the person on the line is stating I need to dispute or call 911. NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MONEY. I asked what the transactions are and they said they cannot see it. I will be filing a complaint with appropriate authorities concerning this financial inst.

Terrible customer service & i cant even access my check on the app. The code wont send to my phone i tried to turn my phone on & off and it still hasn't been sent. Then they keep saying use the email option to receive a code and yet theres no option for the email so now i have to wait 3-5 BUSINESS days meanwhile im getting transferred to 10 different people who can't help me but to just tell me i have to wait ... this is such an inconvenience.

Disputed fraud charges DENIED!
At all times for your car to get hacked, mine was hacked on Christmas with around $600ish charges from Uber eats from which I have never ever used!!! I have disputed these fraud charges twice now and they have not sent me proof of their findings of why denying the dispute like no picture of the Uber eats being delivered where it was delivered to IP address nothing! it is now January 27, 2026 and I still yet have not received any proof of a thorough investigation on all these charges that I did not make on my payroll VAULT Card! I have made a report to the CFPB!

Card randomly got closed
Card randomly got closed. Attempted to call them and I have been sitting on the phone in silence waiting for someone or something. No details or anything. I will make sure to always tell people to never trust them with your money as their customer service is horrendous.

It’s a Scam
This application absolutely sucks. They say early pay but you’ll still be waiting for your check even after it’s been processed by employer. The customer service is even worse feels like your talking to a scammer. They gave no help at all. Only tried this application due to Paycom Payroll. Overall it’s a terrible application. PayPal better.

Money just disappears for 10 days
Called vault and they say my money just mysteriously vanished. Takes 10 days for a ghost pending charge to clear. WOW. Watch out for ghost pending charges. Can’t make this up. Coming to you very soon. Delete this app asap.
