Rubbish

I haven’t got a clue what the app is like once logged in because it won’t let me log in.

Needs a revamp

Just taken out a 12 month policy so thought I’d install this app. It is constantly asking for my login info and 404 faults keep flashing when you try to access the rewards page. Don’t bother downloading it!

Horrendous app

Dear lord. I got this app to try and remove the headache of getting through their hotlines. After having a light switch spark and knock out my lights, I was put down as an emergency. Few hours later they called me and said I needed to wait up to 24 hours for someone to come to me. No timeframe except for 8am to 6pm.
Went to book a boiler service on the app. They’ve decided it needs to be done in September. My boiler service is due in February. Can’t book on the app after logging in twice as all their ‘dates’ for 5 months are booked. Something doesn’t seem right with this company. Will absolutely not renew with them

Don’t bother

This app is the worst, and the website isn’t much better.

No idea how this passed review

I have no idea how this app passed Apples strict review process, it doesn't follow any design protocols that Apple set out and half of the screen when logged in is obscured by the terrible windows phone (if windows phone was launched in 1998) style icons.

The chat bot isn't a chat bot and is a pre-defined route for every option, it sends you to links that are dead and kills the chat once it thinks it has answered the question (it has not).

App is worse than their service

The dashboard page is broken with a menu hidden behind the icons. There is no account page as mentioned in the cancellation details of their email.

Great service

I took a service agreement with 24/7 which started on the 21st December it was a lot cheaper than my renewal price with British Gas. I was sceptical but since I’ve had two issues with a leaking pipe under the sink and a boiler breakdown they both issues resolved to a very high standard I am pleased to got this policy. Their response has been perfect having a better response time than British Gas.

Terrible

The app is shockingly bad, hard to negotiate to the point of giving up and calling. Then it gets worse! Automatic system is prolonged and that is if it doesn’t hand up on you. If you do get through the staff are fixated on selling you the maximum they can. Honestly avoid.

Terrible App

App is terrible it’s just a web wrapper to the website and is so slow to use the login screen is the only decent part of the app as it’s smooth and fast once in page doesn’t render well and it’s not user friendly imo it’s need a complete rethink and started again

Can’t access my account

The opening page of this app allows me to enter my credentials but then takes me to a page where it advises that the credentials are incorrect - but doesn’t allow any amendment of the details. Can’t use it.

Awful Service

Absolutely Awful Service.
We took out boiler cover and our boiler is randomly switching the heating on by itself and refusing to turn off getting really hot until we switch itself off at the mains.
Rang the claim line and they decided over the phone it’s the diverter valve, this was a claims handler who didn’t have a clue what that does or how it works but that is what the screen said.
They refuse to come out and diagnose the fault stating that the diverter valve is part of the heating system and therefore isn’t covered under the boiler cover despite being in the boiler.
Even after explaining the diverter valve does not do this and is built into the boiler itself they still decided it isn’t covered and if I want someone to come and look I must pay £95 and then pay for any further parts and labour.
They seem to think that any part in the boiler either works the hot water system or the heating system so unless you get the additional cover for that as well your boiler insurance doesn't actually cover anything.
They refuse to discuss this and will only say its the diverter valve and we don’t cover that.

Excellent service

Boiler stopped heating the system, I filled the claim in the app very early morning. Within an hour someone phoned, ascertained the problem and an engineer was with me that afternoon. I was so impressed, sadly another problem occurred immediately and they again got back to me within the hour, I’m at the end of my year one contract but am definitely going to stay.

Unusable App

Pointless app. You can’t log in and tells you to call a number. Also, these are total cowboy company had a water leak through an electrical fitting and they told me to lift my floorboards to locate the problem myself. Electricity and water! Really. Avoid this company at all costs. Total Arthur Daley con merchants.

Not bad

Most of these reviews are quite dated and warned of the app but I downloaded it anyway. Managed to log in first time and book a boiler service without any issues at all. It seems the app bugs have been fixed so I can happily recommend.

Log on

Not able to log on now. Putting in correct ref and surname, FAILED. Deleted and reinstalled, FAILED. Same as last year when I wanted to use the app. Needs sorting

Absolute rubbish

Nothing works properly. Have to keep going through registration procedure entering details and contract number, then impossible to book a boiler service as it says no appts available.

Poorly constructed and badly managed

And that’s just the app! Riddled with design errors and annoying system failures. Considering the majority of users would be accessing the app due to an emergency, it does little to reassure and reduce stress; in fact it’s quite the opposite. From the simple elements such as input fields recognising standard information like names, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers, to the more fundamental server failures that result in hours of wasted time and effort. Sadly this poor level of performance and consideration extends to the service they provide in the home.

Cannot seem to communicate with their customers through internet app????

Shocking service on telephone, shocking app, shocking company!

Had the engineers out twice who are actually quite nice but there is no doubt that they do things on the cheap. Do you want a company like that looking after your boiler??
