2-step requirement is ridiculous!!!!
Why a 2-step requirement if the texts won’t come through?!???? Ugh I have to use a browser instead of the app every time so I deleted the app since it never lets me in. So annoying!
Handy
It’s convenient. But loops on reviewing messages. You need to read and cancel out several times before dismissed.
Also, the e check in doesn’t always work and they don’t view your check in. So I always check in the front desk as well or you’ll be sitting waiting for a long while.
But I do like the convenience of the app.

The care was exemplary, particularly by Nurse Haley in the emergency room reversing my A Fib and running me up to I don’t where room, where nurse sussetmidt ( sp) from
Nepal took over . I think it was the 3 rd floor, and the food was great too !! Thank everyone for me !!

I count myself blessed to have the fine doctors and nurse practitioner and nurses that I have caring for me. All the support team and technicians are also outstanding. I feel heard and always get my questions answered in a timely manner. I also feel we get the care we should have in this great country. We are privileged to live in the times we do with the educational systems and strides made in modern medicine. People I have met in other countries do not say that of their care.

Poor at best getting in….
Care during the surgical stay and staff are quite nice and amenable. Food services as you might expect in some hospitals. Smuggle in the hamburger. Getting up to the room and out of the emergency department took 13 hours when we were told it would be pre-admission. Communication between departments is horrific. Also always nice when you leave a follow up expecting the Rx your surgeon ordered only to find that it takes three more days to get because of the lack of communication. Trying to get messages through the system answered by your care team in a timely manner is next to impossible. The colorectal team aside from the surgeon has been far less than helpful, communicative, or insightful. That’s a nice way of saying that they’re just plain rude and uninformed.. that’s about as nice a thing as I can say about them.

The website/portal whatever is impossible!!! There is no way to send a message or ask a question. They never call you (I have called three times and left three detailed messages with a nice person who promises one of the nurses will call back and they never do. Horrible business practices. I like my doctor. However there is no way to communicate with the office. Don’t go here if you have an alternative!!

Don’t trust the check in
Got a text to check in when I arrived so I didn’t have to check in at the front desk. Clicked the link, app opened and said I was checked in, but the receptionist computer never got that message and my appointment was cancelled while I sat in the waiting area. Fortunately the still got me seen, but it took an hour out of my day.
