BSW Plano Echo!
Just had the best experience at the Heart Group location in Plano. Veny, the technician who administered the echo was so welcoming and super efficient (read: quick!) - the test was less than 30 minutes. The receptionist that checked me in was kind enough not to point out that I didn’t complete my pre-checkin and instead just got me logged in with no fuss.

Super care
Dr. Beddingfield has been great since taking over for Dr. Brady . He’s down to earth . He discusses things with me that doctors in the past have not . He explains all my medications so I know that everything has a specific reason for me being on it . At my age that’s important to me . He has made himself available through the portal which has helped for between visits . Looking forward to my future . Thanks , Jon Hogan

Won’t work with apple health or ChatGPT
Whenever I try to connect Baylor Scott & White to either Apple Health or ChatGPT, a login screen opens. After I enter my information, I’m pushed to another login screen, which makes it seem like the first login attempt was not accepted. Once I finally get logged in, I can navigate the Baylor Scott & White app and website normally, but there is no option anywhere to actually complete the connection to Apple Health or ChatGPT.
I have also tried this from multiple devices and get the same result, so this does not appear to be an issue with one particular phone or device.
If Baylor Scott & White is going to advertise or support connections with services like Apple Health and ChatGPT, the login and authorization process needs to actually work and clearly take users through the final connection step. Right now, it just creates a login loop and then leaves you inside the regular app with no way to finish the setup.

I’ve used the app twice to book appoints and twice there have been issues. Healthcare is hard enough. Please make the scheduling easier and accurate.
Still not user-friendly
It is still difficult to find actions such as upcoming visits and messaging.
Great! A few tweaks…
I love the app. Sometimes, however, you can’t see all of your outstanding bills/statements for your family.
And when you want to schedule an appointment, sometimes you can’t click done bc the keypad is still visible so you can’t toggle to the yellow “done” button.

How in the hell can you screw up new accounts so badly. Use the Apple keychain, it works. Why did y’all put a space before the @ in email. QA done by a toddler? And not auto app launch from a checkin email.

I have been a teacher for 32 years and all my 32 years of teaching I have always had Scott & White health plan. I have always received excellent care from Scott & White. No, I have the teacher retirement insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. But I choose to continue to go to Scott and White for all my medical needs because I believe and interest in Scott and White Hospital.

Slow and clunky
This app is incredibly slow and so terribly architected and designed that each time you want it go back one step, it takes you right back to the beginning and you have to start over. Whoever was outsourced to build this app missed the mark by a mile!
Doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work and hasn’t work for literally years. I cannot see any of my tests or results or messages. I’ve tried it all over the years. New phone, redownloading the app. Updating the app, logging in and out. Nothing never works.
Awful Hospital
I have a history of cardiac problems at 76 years old. I went to the emergency room. They didn’t have a bed open for me. They told me to wait in the waiting room. I tried sitting up in a chair, but I am so weak. I asked if they could put me on a gurney and they said they have none available. This is disgusting to tell someone that you have nowhere for them to lay down when they are so weak they can’t sit. I will make sure to let all social media that I am connected with here when I have to say and especially the neighborhood Next-Door, this is the last time I will ever go to Baylor Scott And White in Lakeway. I am now going to St. Davids Heart Hospital.

Trying to setup an account for my elderly mom with no luck. They don’t recognize any of her information after a lengthy hospital stay.
