Poor at best getting in….
Care during the surgical stay and staff are quite nice and amenable. Food services as you might expect in some hospitals. Smuggle in the hamburger. Getting up to the room to the emergency department or anything else we’re trying to get messages through the system answered by your care team this next two impossible. The colorectal team aside from the surgeon has been far less than helpful, communicative, or insightful. That’s a nice way of saying that they’re just playing rude and uninformed.. that’s a very much I can say about them.

Billing
I have constant issues with billing. Whoever does it is not coding stuff correctly and then they do not fix it. I don’t have this issue anywhere else

The app is simple to use, however, the different options to review are difficult to read given my visual disability. The areas of reading the app, I should be able to enlarge for accessibility and readability.

The appointments feature has been broken in this app for over a year now. Now the medications feature is broken as well.
