Always Crashing
Probably the worst app on my phone. To get to billing via the app it almost always crashes or says the page cannot load. In addition to the awful and frustrating billing department in general through Scott and White, this only makes it worse. Unfortunately, I have to keep it to book appointments and pay bills. Absolutely ridiculous.

It won’t let me view my after visit summary. When I click it. Keeps showing me shots I need which is just seasonal shots.

New habits
I enjoy documenting my meds & my breakfast every morning. I never have to try & remember if I took my bp meds or not. I always know I did because I took a picture!
Awesome Tool
This app allows you to do everything before seeing the doctor and afterwards. Seeing your doctor’s messages to asking questions to getting refills. It’s a resourceful tool!
exceptional care
From the moment I stepped on the property to the moment I went home. I was taken care of like I was FAMILY. Everybody was polite, courteous, and welcoming, but they were professional and they got down to business, but with a smile. I not only got better physically while I was there, but I made new friends along the way. From the men and women that were keeping the hospital clean and safe to the nurses the volunteer snack young lady and the nurses and doctors were always there when I needed them. Every time I push that little button and for that, I’m sorry I did it so often somebody always answered in a cheerful voice, almost immediately and came to my rescue. they never made me feel like I was a burden but again, and I can’t stress this too much, they treated me like a loved family member.
I would highly recommend this hospital to anybody else who is needing some medical care.

Keeps getting more sophisticated
This app just keeps getting more and more sophisticated. I am impressed with how it is connected to the Baylor Scott & White Health plan, so you can see your insurance claims information within the same portal where you talk to your doctor and see your test results. Plus, there are different patient journeys that have been added, so you can get care support virtually.

The midtown office sends you to the wrong address.
Extremely buggy can’t see results
I can’t see my test results which is the whole reason I got the app. It will glitch and buffer for minutes on end and never load or timeout. The whole point of getting this app for me was to view test results and it’s unable to do that. It’s easy to navigate, but not everything works.

I think this would be great but it doesn’t work well. Tried using the app on iPhone, iPad & just logging into the website- same issues. Some things load after clicking on them, others after waiting 5 minutes +, retrying, selecting something else, coming back a different day to see if website issue, etc. do not. Have great internet speed, not the issue. Viewing meds works, clicking on generic links works, but trying to view visit summaries, messages or tests, it will never load to view. When you call to talk with someone they tell you all the great things you can do in the app but it definitely needs work. Love BSW, app or website not so much. Really hope they iron out the kinks.
