I can’t see the reports

What the purpose of this app if I can’t see anything?
Please change it do the patient can see the reports.

Link to Health App

I just got the app as a replacement for my bedside monitor. I live in an RV and travel so the monitor is plugged into a battery power station. I have to make sure that that battery power station is always charged in order for the monitor to operate correctly.

So far I’m liking it. I have one issue with it. There is a place to record physical statistics like weight, etc. that doesn’t connect to the Apple Health app.. It would be so much more convenient, rather than trying to record these statistics in two places, to allow the app and Apple Health app to communicate..
So I’m giving it a four today, I’ll upgrade it to a five when this ability is implemented.

Dud application

All attempts to link this application to the Medtronic’s device have failed - the data collected is not transparent to the recipient …

Interesting

You had a security breech, bad event, thanks 🙏 for the warning, awkward that your not so secure, I had to re write my review, hard time for this procedure as it was not intention to rewrite , but only to add to it, so sorry for your lack of security 🙏🫶🏽🤩👑👑

Needs reopening after phone software updates

I’m finding it now needs reopening after phone software updates. If I don’t realise it’s closed, it can take days before I get a notification. Using iPhone 14 Pro. Update 23.6.26. Why is the MCL Heart app so flaky now? I have a loop recorder implanted. Every time there’s an iPhone update the app loses connection. It needs to be more resilient. Also, it can take a few days before alerting me its lost connection and it closes the app after a phone update. Now, it’s even failing to connect all the time when there hasn’t been a phone update and the app is open and on my home WiFi. Patients are relying on this app for vital monitoring and it’s become unfit for purpose. Do you read the reviews on the App Store?

UPDATE: I received a “developer response “ which puts the onus back on me to contact them. I’ve given all the info in my review. Others have been having similar issues for months but there doesn’t seem to have been any action to resolve. Wake up please, Developers, sort this app out.

scammers

they make you download there app then collect data on you … i’m talking to my doctor about this .., this is unbelievable doesn’t this like sort violate hippa

Terrible, useless to the patient.

Useless app for the patient. No real time data, have to “contact your clinic” for information. Nothing more than an electronic notepad. I hope “ the clinic” is getting useful data, but little confidence.

Tech help for set up is useless, just got handed a pretty pamphlet.

This is MY data, and I should be able to see it in real time. Hope nothing goes wrong because we will never know, maybe hours/ days later when the clinic might get the data.

Apple Watch is much superior and gives clearer information. Medtronic should hire them.

Difficult

Newly downloaded this app for a newly placed pacemaker, but the app will not connect or acknowledge the pacemaker. I used the app prescribed, registered, but it doesn’t support the device. For an essential product, there is no one to help…as it’s the weekend! Poor support.

Is It Real

What is going on with the app?? I keep getting timed out all the time when I have symptoms. Sometimes has taken up to 36 minutes before the data was sent. Why??

Doesn’t update vitals

This app doesn’t update vitals but maybe once a day. Sometimes not even that.

Cannot connect

Trying for two days, for too long to set up an account. Even emailed “Help” support. It cannot find my device. Frustrating!

No watch

Leaves a lot to be explained. Why no watch app? Does the clinic get real-time alerts? Do I?

Sempre funzionato!!!

Da anni che la uso senza problemi

Problematic App

I would think (hope) a medical application that is tracking my heart’s performance would be flawless. It’s not, far from it. I wonder if the device in my chest, made by the same company, is as problematic as this application is?
This application tells me my phone is in low power mode when it is not. The app randomly grays out the symptoms section so taking a snapshot of a heart incident is unavailable, that’s kinda important and one of the reasons it’s in my chest!
This app, without my knowledge, switched my phone from primary device to secondary. That’s important and should have never occurred on its own.
The app works one day as designed and 3 hours later just stops working without me touching it, just letting it run in the background as instructed to.
I am so sorry I agreed to using this application as opposed to a modem with nightly uploads and communications. Both were options and I was mislead by the Medtronic’s Representative before and after the implant procedure. She couldn’t even pair the Linq 2 with my phone. If this application is so finicky that a Rep from Medtronic can’t pair their devices don’t be surprised if you’re unable to do so also.

Need to manually check connection regularly

I regularly have to check the time of the last communication between my device & the app because if I forget it can go for days without making a connection then I have to restart the app. I also had to phone the hospital once before an MRI and although the app on my phone said it had communicated minutes ago the hospital had not received any data for at least 2 weeks.

Needs a watch app for WatchOs

Love the app, but wish it had an app for my Apple Watch as I don’t always have my phone with me.

Now to good if you get a new phone

I should be able to down load the app and have it work when I get a new phone. Especially since I am keeping the same phone number

Useless

I had a problem recently with fluttering if the chest. I went to send a manual transmission. It won’t let you until I talk to a nurse to get permission to send. Took 30 minutes to connect to the nurse by phone she said send a transmission and they will get back to me. I sent it 2 days ago and haven’t heard back I called the doctors office yesterday and was told someone would get back to me and they never did. Called again today and was told the same thing. The doctors office is at fault but an easy solution is to let us see the data in the app so I know if it is something serious where I should go to emergency room or just give it time and watch it. Also when sending the transmission it should ask why am I sending it. Then in the messages I only get transmission was received why not also have a message from the team that reads it that just says so like you need to go to er or don’t worry about it.
