Not great, booking via this system doesn’t help when it comes to expenses. You have to chase them for a confirmation email which should be sent on booking. Even this, you have to speak to “live chat” who ask you to call 1 of 4 numbers or email another team. They should send all details needed for expenses at booking.

Good for flight- rubbish for hotels
I love this app for advance notice of flight issues, typically before airport info boards get updated. For hotel/ accommodation bookings its less great. No address details are listed for bookings. Jump in a taxi and the hotel reservation number wont help. Please add address info!!!!
Errores que cuestan tiempo y dinero
Experiencia muy frustrante. Intenté reservar un viaje del 17 al 20 y al notar que mi nombre estaba incorrecto en el perfil, salí a corregirlo. Al regresar al proceso de reserva, la app cambió las fechas sin previo aviso ni confirmación de mi parte. No hubo ninguna alerta ni solicitud de asistencia para notificarme el problema.
Para colmo, la versión web es completamente inutilizable: exige inicio de sesión con Single Sign-On pero no hay manera de completarlo, lo que me obligó a hacer todo desde la app móvil.
Cuando contacté a soporte telefónico, la atención fue deficiente y no resolvió el problema.

Dopo anni di uso, non mi permette più di entrare, posso lavorare con interfaccia web, ma il login dell’app fallisce, ho anche provato a cambiare password, web ok app non riconosce login.
Should be 0 stars, it’s useless
“Book a trip” throws an error 100% of the time. Even when you’re correctly logged in, and you see all your data on your profile and past trips. You have to use your company portal to book travel, so this app is pretty much worthless. Don’t bother.
Schlechteste App seit Jahren
Eine Reise ohne Hotel? Geht nicht. Einen Flug suchen und in die Reise übernehmen? Geht nicht. Auch sonst zu 100% nicht intuitiv. Offensichtlich wurde hier eine 80er Jahre Anwendung ins Internet gekippt…allein die Browser Variante ist noch schlecher…

for some reason i cannot check in on scoot directly on the scoot app when i book through cwt and instead have to go through cwt interface where scoot app is completely in html due to weird misformatting issues. torture to fly scoot through cwt
Very poor app
My trips do not show up when I use this app to book them. My hotel and car rentals get split into multiple trips. If you change the date of a trip it blocks your calendar for the original dates. CWT does not have access to all available seats on various airlines.
Detrimental
I uninstalled the app after I received a notification of a cancelled flight.
Luckily the airport personnel confirmed that they never had any advice of such cancellation and the flight actually departed on time.

Crashes continuously, link to calls does not work, no help what so ever.
Nicht zuverlässig
Die Buchung an sich geht recht einfach, jedoch ist die Stornierung eine Katastrophe. Seit neuestem werden mir die Hotels auch nicht mehr bei der Suche angezeigt. Ich hoffe das wird behoben, ansonsten gibt es nurnoch einen Stern.
CWT OR THE apps also down to earth
Worse service yet every time booked flight with confirmed seats but it will never on the real, it will empty on seat during check-in online over the counter. Unable to add luggage size or weight. No rental car service although there having the exact same vendor. Been forced to used. Flight cancelled but hotel booked??? I don’t which sense for this?? How I do I get there with flight cancelled and according to the flight company, the flight is available but MyCWT cancelled.

All you get when you try to book a trip is an error message that says something went wrong. Duh.
