By far very secure place to live our neighbors are very friendly cute little squirrels everywhere very safe and great property maintenance so far so good and excited to check out the pool and recreational areas.

Most all the problems encountered on this app are a result of user error . It’s not hard to use . You can always cal the gate and add a visitor verbally when and if there is a problem with the app . I hear people angry at security guards for simply doing what they are paid to do . . The guards are always polite and helpful .

It’s almost hard to believe that this app has a 4.7 rating. Unless of course, the rating itself only applies to the functionality of the actual app, which is fine I guess. But the Envera service is riddled with problems. We’ve used it in our community for 10 years. In theory, and on paper, a virtual guard, which is the main concept of Envera sounds. But in practice, it just slows down our gate system and doesn’t actually provide any additional security. There are too many workarounds and loopholes.

Gate Personnel
My Sister waited at the Gate for over 10 minutes today while a gate Worker chatted with the car at the head of a very long line … Its 5:47 now (Tuesday April 7) and she just got to my house … she pulled into the line at 5:10 ! That’s really unacceptable …
Front and back gate code for permanent visitors?
Is code good for front & back gate? Do i have to send new code each time for permanent visitor?

What an upgrade from manned guard community I came from . No more calls for people that are on the list. Looking forward to it.
Worst App of All Time
Don’t create QR codes. I could vibe code a better app. Backend doesn’t match the UI at all. You delete a phone number and it’s still in their backend system. Whoever made this should be ashamed

The software is easy to use and reliable. It has multiple choices, like to keep the appointment to the Gate keeper or send it to your visitors etc. I recommend it to anybody who may need the similar applications.

It was difficult to navigate and fine where you could insert a name and a company for clearance at the gate. The print on the app was on top of each other, making it hard to understand.
App doesn’t load
App will not load on my late-model iPhone. 😠
