Useless App and Website
I tried logging in through the app and website. Both are not working, so I called customer service. The issue resolved for maybe 10 minutes until both stopped working again.

I try to sign into the app, with a saved password, and the app tells me it is wrong, so I reset it, and it still says it is wrong. I then talked to the A. I.
And it tells me to tell them my SS number, after several attempts at telling it my SS number, and it re-asking. I gave up and called in the a knowable agent

Seems thorough
The places scanned for fraudulent activity seem extensive. It’s my sense that as additional sites are discovered, they are added to the list. Right?

Doesn’t let you freeze from inside app. Instead gives a web address and not even a direct link. A 12yr old has more common sense for digital security than one of the main credit bureaus

What’s the point
Equifax doesn’t even update my credit report correctly and it’s a complete hassle.
Best of the three credit services
The phone app for Equifax is superior to Experion and TransUnion. It was a breeze to freeze and unfreeze my credit report.

Spent 40 minutes on the phone with the most incompetent company I’ve ever interacted with.
Still room for %1000 improvement
Twice as difficult to use as the website, plenty of cream does not work or load on an cell phone, period. Wind up having to log in on my pc because the app is trash and the same problems exist on a web browser on the same device... back to only accessing them via a computer.

Thanks Aqua effect you brought me to where I’m at today. I am trying to get my credit score goal at like 800 but my 30 day goal would be great with apps that will boost my score to at least 715. You’re the best and thanks for keeping me safe.
