Changed credit cards
You keep informing me that you can’t withdraw money from my credit card. I know that, I swapped credit cards. I have tried numerous times to reset payment method and every time you say, the system is down try again later, this has been going on for two weeks now. You’re starting to worry me. I have even tried getting in through the app with absolutely zero luck probably spent an hour and a half to two hours total now, this is unacceptable.

They sell your information!
I get between 3 and 8 calls a day because of the information they sell. Why would I get a loan from someone who calls me randomly. Because of that reason alone I’m canceling.

I wish this didn’t exist
I was able to log in this morning. It said my account was unfrozen, now I’m locked out, I can’t run my credit, and I wish I hadn’t even tried to get a home-loan. Your phone system sucks too, I gave up on it after 14 minutes. All this while your Lock & Alert used to actually work.

It’s 2026 but your site and app runs like it’s the 80s
Can’t get my free report in the app so I am routed to the website were I can get my free report from the 3 credit bureaus and I was able to get the other 2 successfully but of course when I get to my equifax one the verification glitches and I am prompted to start again.. so I do but now I am told that I should already have my free report.. like????

I got this freeze or unfreeze my credit. But I have to do it through the website not through this app. So what’s the point of this app? Within the app they tell you to go to the website then you go to the website which then advertises to use the app as well as the upgrade for the five dollar plan. Such a waste of time.

Unable to access account in app
Have been unable to access account in app for several months now. Opened a case, and found out there were no notes about the issue written in the case! Terrible customer service!
Not worth the time or money
It’s very frustrating that I cannot access or see my full credit report via the app or online and that my only option is having it mailed to me. It’s a waste of my time and money.

Key function left out!
The app does the basics just fine. The single most valuable piece is missing, though. When I want to unfreeze/refreeze my credit, I’m going to be out somewhere, not sitting at my computer at home. The app needs to have this feature prominently displayed on the dashboard. If you really want to protect users, then make it easy for us!!!

You Attached a paid bill from 2025 as unpaid to my account without even contacting me. I’m 54 and have NO bad credit! No unpaid bills. No late paid bills NOTHING DEROGATORY ON MY CREDIT AY ALL! What were you thinking?!? The only problem I ever have with any of you credit reporting agencies is I use to much of my credit cards ! Not that I don’t pay them or pay them late or anything like that!

Continual Errors messages
I can’t log in or see my account because of the constant error messages. I have been trying to get my score from the bureau for 2 years now! Constant problems.
