Issues with logging into account
Can’t log on, page constantly refreshes back to the welcome page, it does the same thing when you log on with your computer
Don’t forget to Cancel
This app is a rip off they don’t remind you at all you have an upcoming payment coming up. I had this service automatically coming out and I forgot to cancel it’s not worth it you can’t even download your Report on the app nor site.. Also it’s not very detailed on your report compared to other sites this one is super shady

AI is not helpful
The Ai automated feature is a failure, headache, not helpful, waste of time, stressful, I can keep going.
Impossible to log in
Like the tittle said; it’s impossible to log in, either app or web browser. My information is correct and it just wont let me… apparently is happening since 2019. That’s an embarrassment of company and app.

It’s so easy to maneuver this app you open it up your credit score is right there in the beginning and it makes it so easy to apply for loans right through the app site. I would suggest everyone to get this app.

better credit monitoring fail
Equifax is the weakest of the three that provide you a complementary credit monitoring at least Trans Union and Experian let you know when a hard pull happens. Equifax failed.
