This app keeps me current on my credit score. Everyone should keep an eye on your credit score, and this app does it seamlessly.

Don’t Bother
FICO is a joke and so is the app. FICO produces a score based on information they receive from the credit bureau. If your score changes but your credit history doesn’t, then you may have a problem. The company refuses to explain how your score was determined. Why bother with tracking your scores if you are not able to utilize the information.

Can’t find but one plan
I’m not able to find any other plan other than the premier which is $39.99 a month. So your app and your website are screwed up.
Info is not accurate
I have consistently spoke with each credit bureau agencies because I’m in the process of getting my credit fixed and the information on credit scores on this app says it’s up-to-date on that exact date which is not correct at all. It is off by a lot and I’ve noticed it with all of my scores so I don’t know how the FICO score could even be accurate if they have the wrong information to begin with, so I don’t know why you’d want to pay for a subscription that has the incorrect information..

Doesn’t display correctly iPad
Did the update. Still doesn’t display alerts correctly on my iPad Pro. It crashes into like half a screen and then shows nothing. Works fine on my iPhone.

App states that I need to update iOS to use it but the iOS it’s referring to isn’t even out yet, not even in beta! What’s going on here

Fails to log in
Since the last update, the app will not log in. After pressing the button to log in, the app hangs. Pressing multiple times locked my account.
Reliable service
The Fico app has been my go to for my credit monitoring and most recent updates on my scores. I love this app and would highly recommend using it!
What a Joke
Why would I pay to get my score or track it when I can do it for free? 😂
Charged me $40 and didn’t give me access to my information.
Paid for the Premium Subscription and when I logged in for the first time it was asking me to pay again. Spent 30 mins on the phone with customer “support” and they just told me it was a payment “hold” and that they’ve never seen this before. I wasn’t given access to my credit info they just told me to wait it out. No accountability. I used to use this service years ago and regret recommending it to so many people. Steer clear!

True Scores
Fico is the real true score that you can get for Mortgages, Auto loan, credit cards and personal loan. The app has all fico modules from fico 2,3,4,8,9,10 and 10T. I don’t regret getting this app and will never change it for Credit Karma or none of dose other fake credit app that give you False information

Privacy policy
I’d suggest you read the privacy policy prior to utilizing this app. For example, they do not respect Apple’s “Do Not Track” requests…if you want your private information out there then this app is for you… it’s simple to use the bureau’s sites/apps directly.
Great tracking
Fico is a great and accurate tool to have when checking and monitoring your credit . I was in the process of buying a house and it was recommended that i get this . It shows what’s on your credit report and the importance of paying on time .
