Fails to log in
Since the last update, the app will not log in. After pressing the button to log in, the app hangs. Pressing multiple times locked my account.
Reliable service
The Fico app has been my go to for my credit monitoring and most recent updates on my scores. I love this app and would highly recommend using it!
What a Joke
Why would I pay to get my score or track it when I can do it for free? 😂
Charged me $40 and didn’t give me access to my information.
Paid for the Premium Subscription and when I logged in for the first time it was asking me to pay again. Spent 30 mins on the phone with customer “support” and they just told me it was a payment “hold” and that they’ve never seen this before. I wasn’t given access to my credit info they just told me to wait it out. No accountability. I used to use this service years ago and regret recommending it to so many people. Steer clear!

True Scores
Fico is the real true score that you can get for Mortgages, Auto loan, credit cards and personal loan. The app has all fico modules from fico 2,3,4,8,9,10 and 10T. I don’t regret getting this app and will never change it for Credit Karma or none of dose other fake credit app that give you False information

Privacy policy
I’d suggest you read the privacy policy prior to utilizing this app. For example, they do not respect Apple’s “Do Not Track” requests…if you want your private information out there then this app is for you… it’s simple to use the bureau’s sites/apps directly.
Great tracking
Fico is a great and accurate tool to have when checking and monitoring your credit . I was in the process of buying a house and it was recommended that i get this . It shows what’s on your credit report and the importance of paying on time .

Needs work
Who is the developer? There needs to be some serious UI conversations happening. It is incredibly difficult to maneuver this app despite how informative and detailed it is.
I remember viewing a specific item on my report from a specific creditor, and now it’s impossible to get back to that screen… Lol

Same Update 3 times
I’ve updated your app. Each time featured the ONE version. After each update it doesn’t go away. Pay attention to this issue. Thank you.

Will not “update”
For the past week every time I check for app updates on my iPhone, this app is always listed as needing an update. But it never updates. It just keeps prompting to update, but never does
Update is failing
I had this app installed for years. It had always updated successfully until the latest update. It will not update from 1.0.46(3) to 1.0.47. I have iOS 26.4.2 installed on iPhone 14 Pro Max.
I have uninstalled the app and deleted all data for it. Reinstalling installs 1.0.46 instead of the latest one available in App Store which is 1.0.47. After install, I have tried to update but it stays at 1.0.46.
