Complete Fraud app
Dont fall for the app. After you have been charged, your call will not connect. Neither will they call you from their side. There is not even a Customer Care contact number to solve any problem you have. Completely fraud app.

this ia definitely not a good app .. they are charging hefty amounts and consultation is not even done and there is no option of refund .. customer services is not there .. terrible
Pathetic
This was my first time using this app and last too. I fixed my appointment at 11:15am and it didn’t get approve till 16:47Pm, only when I contacted them for refund. I don’t recommend this app.
Completely fraud app
This app. Iz completely fraud. My appointment was on 19th August 2022 at 10:30 am .. I was waiting full day with my phone in hand ... uploaded all documents... but no one called... then called his personal clinc repeatedly where her assistant called dr wl call u through said app within half an hour..... but till 20th August Upto 7:00 pm no one called. Then at 7:30 one female called through phone no and talked Upto 50 seconds just doing formality.... no consultation... no advice .... no medicine....only cheated .... this iz not fair... we paid 1250..... we wl lodge complaint through cyber portal for this app...... no contact no.... just cheating .,... we wl high light the issue through social and print media.

There is a difficulty when we take appointment then doctor can change the time and date according to his comforts he does not ask with patient is patient comfortable at that time or not. And if patient does not take appointment at that time then his payment becomes useless. This is not fair. Doctor can give any time without asking patient they think patient does not have any work.

Use the app. It provides a great connect between a patient and a doctor. It has been extremely useful in present Covid times. Doctors advice is also clear, crisp and apt. No lags or wastage of time.

I am a patient. Find it an extremely convenient app to consult even the senior most doctors from the comfort of my home - particularly in these challenging times of a pandemic. I accept that sometimes I needed to wait before successfully contacting the doctor. But imagine the pressure and workload on doctors! We have all seen it on visits to hospitals. Is it not better to wait at home than travel all the way to OPDs n then wait there for hours - with God alone knows which infections around??!!

i had booked appointment from this app for a very reputed doctor. they show slab of appointment which was for every 15 minutes. i booked appoitment for 6:45 pm and after paying 2000 rupees they mentioned that doctor will approve this appoitment and he will let u know. i waited for almost 2 hours bt doctor dint showup. why apple approve these froud apps in its store. very sad
