Urgent care says my does not have insurance

Urgent care says my wife has no insurance, what am I suppose to do

View claims

The web site won’t let me view all the claims.

50/50

Nice to find providers but you can’t schedule appointments from the app

NO overseas support

Claim submission through the app does not support people stationed overseas. Only accepts US phone numbers (10 digit vice longer overseas numbers). Provider address only supports US states and zip codes. No option for overseas addresses. Also, make an option to save the providers information. When family members use the same provider, it is easier to use the save info, rather than having to type the information over and over again.

Best Insurance out there

GEHA is always knowledgeable and courteous

Popup

No matter where or what I do I get getting the pop up error message and need to change the settings. Nothing changes with the pop up allows or not.

What am I paying for?

The app is fine, but this insurance has been very disappointing. My medication prices rose dramatically between 2025 and 2026. Now I can barely afford the insurance. Never-mind being able to use it. I cannot afford the cost of my medicine anymore.

Action plans

I started 3 action plans & it’s time to do the first lesson. Access has been moved to somewhere different than last year. So where is it?

The Best and would never change insurances

I’ve had GEHA since 2001 and never had issues! Customer service is fantastic! And even silly or off the wall questions get answered all the time. Keep up the good work!

Please correct

Web page is not easy to use

EyeMed

No information on eyemed - IDCards, coverage.

Horrible

Every time I try to login to the app it tells me “Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later or cancel the customer service number on the back of your ID card.” Stupid!!

Can’t make a payment

No option to make a payment.

Doesn’t let me login any more

The web app works, but this throws an error. Probably something to do with United and their deals with the devil.

Impossible logon

Since changing to UHC as a provider, the healthsafe id has made it impossible to login. If needed to reset password, the code won’t show up for hours even though it expires in 10 minutes. Please ditch UHC, it’s making my GEHA experience miserable and more likely to change during open season.

Very frustrating to use

Very frustrating to use. Each screen displays very little information. Takes forever to find what you want. I was looking for a form I needed. Took 20 minutes to find. Took another 10 minutes to figure how to get a copy downloaded so I could use it. Many other issues.

The app won’t let me see anything

I can get to the page where is see my plans (medical and dental), but the app won’t let me chose either.

Non-functional

This app simply doesn’t work!
