Can’t log in
It keeps going back to the login page after you entered the correct login and password. Then it says you are already logged in. Doesn’t work.
Sign in loop
Never get past the sign in screen it signs you and then continues to ask you to sign in or log out over and over tells you you’re signed in and ask you if you want to sign out with the other option but to sign out

Please do something about this app! You can’t log in, you can’t sign in as guest…it just constantly crashes, over and over again!

This needs to be fixed asap. I try to sign in and it crashes now. You may want to make sure it works for both droid and apple products. It use to be convenient to jump on the app and pay for things you needed to get done. Now nothing…
Pay it App runs in circles
Terrible app that someone in NCDMV got paid to use. When I enter my email address it continually goes back to the log in page, saying I’m already logged in but it won’t take me past the log in screen. I log out and try to log in again and same thing. Just a terrible amateur app forced on the residents on NC.

It takes me to the web browser to log in, then back to the “Get Started” screen over and over again. I can’t get into the app to do anything.
Fix it.
Tried to use the app to register to vote back in March for a local election. I would sign in, but it would always take me back to Home Screen you see when you open the app. Fix this, please.

When I try to log in through the internet cause that’s what the app requires. It just keeps telling me to log in and when I do log in, it won’t let me get into the app

Just ok
When the app works it’s great. Most of the time the app never logs in or keeps closing itself out. Never works when I need it to work.
Update is awful
This app has always been easy to use. Recent changes to use the NCID for verification has created all kinds of complications and has tossed me in some kind of login loop that will not allow me to use app at all. Not all updates are advances in technology!

This used to be a fantastic app, now I’m caught in a loop in the app and can’t do anything!
App on a dare
Nothing defies all logic and reason like a government app and this one doesn’t disappoint (or does depending on how you look at it). The app is one of the most counterintuitive apps I’ve used in recent memory. It would not move past a payment login screen until I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Once I figured out the reinstall, i then had to figure out how to renew a registration. you would think that it would be as simple as clicking on a vehicle that is says is due for registration renewal. Nope. Click there and get options to delete the vehicle. After multiple trial and error clicks I did get to the renewal so I entered my license plate # and because I didn’t capitalize the letters it couldn’t find my plate. If this were 2006 I would think this was an app that worked but needs improvements. In 2026, the developer should stand trial.

Stopped working
I’ve used this app in the past and found it useful and easy to use. However, now the app is stuck in some kind of loop where it has me click through the opening/allow login/you’re already logged in (repeat). It’s not useful when you can’t use the app at all.
Cannot login
App just cycles between login and return to home and asking for login information over and over again. Worthless.
