I signed in successfully, but then it just took me through an endless loop of title page, sign in, “you are already logged in“, title page, sign in , “you are already logged in“…
Awful
I love being told my vehicle and registration cannot be found in the system despite paying fees and taxes every where. Going digital? Better get this fixed.
Started out good
Use to work fine.It will not log me in. It tries to login through the website inside the app then just kicks me back and forth. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Easier to just use the website
Lacking
This thing is terrible. The app works about a third of the time. It does not update your vehicles correctly or properly. It’s some it’s hit or miss on its best day. It beat standing in line, but just barely.
Can’t log in
I go to log I. But it just takes me in a loop right back to having to log in.
Great Once I can Login
This app makes it easier to renew Car registration and renew drivers license if you don’t want a new picture. Only reason I gave it is a 2 star is it’s all good only after you can login. There is always an issue with logging into the app. I know I’m putting in the correct password details and after trying a few times it finally logs in. Please Fix this bug. Contact me if any questions. All in all great app! Just fix the login BUG!!!

What happened?
It used to work like a charm. Now it takes you in circles and you get nowhere.

It looks there’s a bug with logging in! Please fix it. Overall app is great- I just sometimes spend days to log in there!!!
Horrible
Endless cycle of logging in. Says you’re logged in and brings you back to the login screen. Used to work perfectly. Looks like it’s an issue with whatever the company is they’re contracting to manage the login process.

Un usable
I have been attempting to use this app for a couple weeks now, I have even deleted and re installed it. I am unable to log in, I’ll sign in and it’ll take me straight back into the get started page. Works just fine on my computer. Unable to be used on the app.
Can’t login anymore
Suddenly, I can no longer login. Please hire real developers and stop outsourcing this app. If you need some bug fixes, let me know!
Absolute garbage
Don’t waste the time and energy it takes to download this app. Doesn’t work with any consistency and shuts down without warning. Complete waste of time. Would give zero stars if possible.
App login
This app is horrible and it is a testament to how dysfunctional government is! It let you create your account but once you leave and try to log back in, it keeps going back to “let’s get started” and it never actually brings up your information. I had to go on the website in order for it to let me log into the app. Y’all are horrible now fix a dang thing. Quit wasting our tax dollars. You literally have to delete the app and then re-download it for it to function properly.

I love this app - I got stuck in the login loop too. I had to uninstall and reinstall and then it worked great:
When working it is ok
I get in a loop where it goes to login and keeps bounding me back to get started. It’s endless. Delete app and reinstall and nothing. It’s very frustrating. When it’s working it’s generally user friendly ish.
