Very unpredictable gate access
We had our annual meeting. The gate conversation came up. It is very unreliable. Works some days doesn't work others. Very frustrating
CarPlay widget
I must say prior too I could open my gate from the the CarPlay widget and it was so easy ! I didn’t have to find my phone and wait for loading because it was on the screen in front of me. I wish that was accessible again. Now the options are just blank and I can’t select my gate. Please bring that feature back.

Constant issues
Stopped working yet again. I’ve logged in and out, deleted, restarted and nothing is working. I now have to call myself from our gate to get it to open.
NEED HELP
Recently SIRI commands stopped working. Is this a global issue or a glitch. The safety and security of being able to command SIRI to open a gate is invaluable.

A Pain to Use
It was so much easier using the remote clicker than the app. I don’t text and drive or even use the hands on device in the car. Too many idiot drivers so I need to keep my head on a swivel. The idiot drivers live in my apartment complex so using the app is a distraction. Technology doesn’t always make things easier.

I’ve been here 8 years and this is the most stupid unnecessary foolishness ever!! My phone died one day before getting home and I couldn’t get in the building!
Constant Login Issues
Recently the myQ Community app has been having login issues. It forgets you were already logged in and when you enter your login again it goes right back to the login screen. I’m on iOS. My roommate is on Android. The issue has happened to both of us. I’ve been stuck because I couldn’t get my apartment gates to open.

Not user friendly
Not sure if it’s operator error or what but the app doesn’t connect well to all the doors needed.
Impossible to log in
Constantly signs me out, then won’t sign in and just vibrates when I use the correct email and password. Useless app if you can’t even log in.
This app is trash and I hate that my apartment forces me to use it to open the gate
This app is terrible. Push notifications don’t work, so I’m never prompted to open my gate when I arrive home. It shows widgets available in CarPlay and on my phone Home Screen, yet the widgets are empty for both. I cannot select an entrance to put in the widget. The app doesn’t have Siri support so I can’t make a short cut. I literally have to pull out my phone, open it, open the app, click the open gate button while I’m driving to open my gate. It would be 100x safer to just let me ADD THE OPEN GATE SHORTCUT AS A CARPLAY WIDGET. Seriously, how has this app existed for so long yet the user experience is so bad?

Action button
How do i setup the iphone action button to open my gate? Setting up iphone shortcut and triggerjng that by action button seems not to work as shortcut cannot decide which door to open.

Don’t recommend. Glitches Times out. Have to uninstall then install then get complex To resend link Ugh.
CarPlay integration
I really wish this had AppleCar integration so I could use a gate widget on my cars screen instead of fumbling with my phone.
Won’t open gates anymore
It won’t let me open the he gates to my apartment! I’ve tried to erase and download app and nothing works!
Calls never load
I get a call from the front door with no video. How can I tell if it a legitimate delivery person if the app does not show me. I’m sitting in my living room with full cell and WiFi reception.
Slow
Half the time the app is very slow and sometimes doesn’t work at all. It’s nice when it does.

I like this new Gate system however it should have a video on it because there’s been instances where people are cutting off That other people have called in, but overall I really like it
