I am so tired of this app.
I am so tired of this app just logging me out at the most in opportune times so I have to figure out how to get back on. And it doesn’t say it in the Passwords. So now again in the middle of the rain I need to Figure out how to get into my unit. I hate this app.

Constantly logs me out and then I have to delete the app and reinstall it just to make it work again.

Log in fail
I’m not sure why but it will log me out for no apparent reason . And will not let me log in Face ID used and everything. Responsive when it works but not being able to get in my place messes that up tremendously.
Can’t get past licensing and agreement
Apparently I’m a bot. Can’t get past the license and agreement page. All it says is “ verifying you are not a bot “

This is a great app when it works. The problem with this app is that it is all-too-often offline and not communicating with the actual gate opener…. Leaving traffic to pile up at the gate or often times locked out of your own property.

This app is trash. Doesn’t work half the time and I have to call a roommate to unlock the gate for me because the service we have to use for the apartments never works. The rfids worked just fine, much better than this app. Very inconvenient to call a roommate connected to WiFi at 12am to unlock the gate for me after work.

Am I crazy? This app only works half the time. Not sure if it’s my apartment, but a good amount of times it’s offline or doesn’t even open and can’t get into my apartment. Please fix the bugs!!
Logged out and unable to log in
myQ randomly decided to log everyone on our household out and we are unable to log in. What should’ve been addressed in fifteen minutes has now gone on for longer than a week. Hilariously poor service.

Updated version
The latest version requires a newer version of ios than I have and the app no longer works for me. please make this compatible with older versions of ios, I cannot update my phone!! :( I would like to be able to get into my neighborhood.
Not good
This app has glitches. Had to delete the app because it was not logging me in when entering the correct credentials. After reinstalling the app the app opened I was already logged in.

Good app, if possible it would be nice to have it as a carplay app option!
7.0.45 Release
This release has been out about a week and I just had a Internet or power failure at one of my entrances. The app used to show that a failed entrance was off-line now it’s no longer being displayed at all.
Delivery
Delivery people are confused as what the building numbers are and where the leasing office is
Stupid App
App keeps logging me out and won't let me sign in. I'm always left sitting at the gate waiting to get in because of this stupid app glitching.
