CarPlay integration
I really wish this had AppleCar integration so I could use a gate widget on my cars screen instead of fumbling with my phone.
Won’t open gates anymore
It won’t let me open the he gates to my apartment! I’ve tried to erase and download app and nothing works!
Calls never load
I get a call from the front door with no video. How can I tell if it a legitimate delivery person if the app does not show me. I’m sitting in my living room with full cell and WiFi reception.
Slow
Half the time the app is very slow and sometimes doesn’t work at all. It’s nice when it does.

The app is slow, the options within the app take long to populate. The open gate open should be readily available.
Not functioning well
Where is my personal access pin? Why did it delete all of my recurring passes for my friends? I set it for a year.
Worst decision ever
The gates never work electronically, people constantly going through them, and running them off of their track, and the arms that come down for being knocked off
It Shouldn’t Be This Hard to Open and Close a Gate
Why in the world did they make the most basic function of a gate app so unnecessarily complicated? Open. Close. That’s really all it needs to do, yet they’ve somehow managed to make both commands confusing and unreliable.
The app regularly tells me the gate is open when I can plainly see that it’s closed, or says it’s closed when it’s actually open. At this point, looking out the window is a more accurate and user-friendly system than the app.
Two stars because it occasionally works, which apparently feels like an accomplishment.

Unreliable app, 5 years of problems
This app drives me nuts. It logs me out almost every time I try to use it. Then I will try multiple times to enter my password and it does not accept it. After repeated opening and closing of the app eventually it will just allow you in, without a password. Very frustrating when someone’s waiting at the gate!!!
Update: several months later this app is still a problem. Very frustrating when you have someone at the gate needing in but the app keeps logging you out! 😡
Update again, several months later. Once again, I’ve been logged out of the app and it will not let me sign back in. The password is correct, I enter the username and password press enter but nothing happens. It doesn’t tell me the password is wrong. It just doesn’t work. I was trapped outside of my neighborhood today, could not get through the gate because I was in a rental car. Took me 20 minutes to find someone to let me through the gate. 😡😡😡
Update, I absolutely hate this app. It is the most unreliable app on my iPhone. It logged you out, then does not accept your proper password. But miraculously a day or two later, it logged you back in. That doesn’t help you when you’re trying to get somebody through the gate quickly. Terrible app! 😡
Update 1 year later: app still sux. Logs you out and you cannot log back in without delete app and re-installing it. Even that only works sometimes.

Horrible
Half the time I try to get into my car apartment complex, the Phone version of community is off-line or malfunctioning so I cannot walk into my property. The pin code set up is very difficult to use. If I’m trying to leave my apartment complex, I have to hop the fence because it won’t unlock the gate if I’m on foot, and I can’t unlock it with the app because everything‘s always off-line.

Needs improvement
This app is terrible. Constant bugs with logging me out. Does not work with Siri as advertised. Very frustrating.
I am so tired of this app.
I am so tired of this app just logging me out at the most in opportune times so I have to figure out how to get back on. And it doesn’t say it in the Passwords. So now again in the middle of the rain I need to Figure out how to get into my unit. I hate this app.

Log in fail
I’m not sure why but it will log me out for no apparent reason . And will not let me log in Face ID used and everything. Responsive when it works but not being able to get in my place messes that up tremendously.
