It’s just water bill

Never received the code for authentication. It’s a water bill app. Why do you need extra authentication for just paying a water bill?

Useless, can’t login

Can’t login because The required 2 factor verification email is never sent. I try over and over but no verification email is ever sent. Just use the website.

clunky app but can autopay now

can finally autopay so that’s a huge win. app is very clunky tho. graphs unlabeled, not logical analytics or comparisons and awkward to click in and out of different screens. but auto pay is a big win finally.

now they just need to consult a user experience expert to clean up the app and a finance person on what analytics, graphs and comparison data is helpful to the user.

Buggy app

Frequently logs u out during payment process. Also the auto payment doesn’t work.

Terrible user experience

Keeps logging out within a minute or so of usage - while in the middle of using it.
Can’t see pdf bill version to download
Can’t find my bill. Period.
Basic stuff not available or working.

Terrible terrible terrible.

It makes me authenticate every time through an email code, even though I apply the “remember me” box every time, then the authentication system works sometimes but very poorly.

Bill disappointments

Billing doesn’t work, can’t pay any bill, the only reason I need this app for!

applepay isn’t working

Apple Pay is not working

Terrible

It won’t take my credit card, it says Bad Request?

Cannot set up autopay

Keeps giving error “Bad request with error” when I try to set up autopay. Tried with credit card and with a checking account. Neither works. Cannot even make a single payment, same error. Please fix it.

Huge improvement

Wow! Rewritten app and website are so much better than the old ones. Well done! Would love to have either FIDO passkeys or Authenticator app codes to replace 2FA codes over email.

No notification

I signed up for paperless bill and tried to rely on the app push notification, and I never received any.

It doesn’t work any more.

Last version was uploaded two years ago.
And its website doesn’t work properly neither.

Login doesn’t work

Filled in my account data from 1Password, the app says it’s invalid. It works on the same phone in the browser. Can’t paste in the password!

Can’t process payment

Half the point of an app like this is so that you can pay your bills, but it can’t process a credit card payment, what the heck

Broken and useless

I have attempted to pay my bill using this app for months. It never works.

Update: A month later it still doesn’t work.

Registration headache

Won’t be using this app until the registration process is improved. As it is, the app is hostile to using password managers, at least during the initial sign-up. You are forced to manually type everything in, even pasting is disabled.

Lots of good info

Signing up for this was surprisingly easy. I do like the charts. However, I deducted one star because the charts for daily and hourly get truncated on my large screen iPhone and are not horizontally scrollable.

Didn’t work for me

The app didn’t take my username and password (which works on the web on my phone), says my IP is blocked for security reasons.
Then, without logging in, I tried to enter my account number and meter number. It errored out asking me to validate the numbers. For account number, I first tried the number you see on the website web you login. It didn’t like it. It was looking for an 8-12 numbers. (Why then the website is displaying fewer numbers?) I then tried it with leading zeros (that’s how the account number shows on payment confirmation page on them web). That didn’t work either.
Shouldn’t be this difficult.
