Mel was so efficient in helping us plan our holiday. She has spent hours with us going through options and finally getting us a fabulous multi trip itinerary. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone who wants to travel overseas anywhere.

Really overdue review
Can’t rate Rob Rackham, my TC’s service highly enough. He has been helping me with my travel arrangements for about 10 years now and I always thought of his service as being a nice to have, a bit of a lazy girl’s extravagance. I learnt differently when I needed to travel to Australia in 2021 when Cathay Pacific cancelled my return flight via Hong Kong and it was pretty much impossible for me with time differences and ever changing Covid regs to get help from airlines and airports. Rob got me sorted on a flight back via Darwin, I wouldn’t’ve been able
to sort this on my own so a belated thanks to someone who really showed his value when it was needed most. Needless to say I have just booked my latest trip with Rob confident that whatever the next few months bring he will be there to sort me out.

Cath was excellent, I emailed at 9.00am, had quote by 10.00am, which was better than any quote I got from any other company and was all booked and confirmed by 6.00pm same day, she is amazing.
