Maybe this used to work but it does not reflect accurate live times if you compare to airport websites which report actual live times. This is useless and just gives estimates based on history. And can be amazingly inaccurate

It used to show when my TSA precheck will expire but why does it no longer show in the app. Make it make sense.

Wish I could rate this a zero. First of all, it says the wait times at all JFK terminals is the same. How can all 4 terminals have the same wait time! And the max wait time it displays is “greater than 60 minutes.” This could be 61 minutes or it could be 200 minutes…. No way to tell.
My favorite app as a frequent flyer
The app is very accessible and works very well on my device. I has just re-downloaded it because it is such an amazing app. The AI has issues but besides that it is a pretty amazing app when I’m not sure something can get through the TSA I will check the app. I have to fly to school ever week so this gets handy when my teachers or AIDS give me something that I need to take home that I’m not sure will be allowed. I go and open my app this app and it will tell me sorry about the error anyhow very great app and easy to use with voiceover.

Said wait time was 60 minutes, there was no wait, it took longer to work thru the back and forth turns to get to security.

False times
App constantly states 0-15min wait times all day at DIA. My daughter nearly missed flight because times were actually 45min at 5am

It said the wait at security was 15 - 30 minutes. It was over an hour.
It’s not correct
The TSA‘s website is wrong if you go to your local airport website you’ll get the right time and there’s not our long weights at the max. They’re like 12 minute weights.

Not sure whether this app is poorly designed or I am just stupid. DFW web site shows wait times at each checkpoint in each terminal. This app just reports overall time range for whole airport. How is that useful?

Today said New Orleans wait was 15 minutes but was over 3 hours. There needs to be a way to report updates from passengers on the ground.

Excellent app, easy to use with useful airport info. Just needs a button to “Report a Security Concern” quickly and discreetly like DEN, DFW and SEA have in their See Say Airport apps. Let’s all keep travel safe.
Wait time info is false
I tried this when going through AVL recently. Happy to see that wait times on the app showed under 5 minutes for pre check and scheduled accordingly.
Reality was 105 minutes. Good news is that was reassuring frequently refresh to show under 5 minutes.

The estimated time wasn’t even close and we kept checking while stuck in line just to see if it updated and it didn’t update.
Totally Unreliable Checkpoint Info
I recently checked this app for a flight out of DCA Terminal 2, which has two security checkpoints. The app said both checkpoints were open and the wait time at each was 0-15 minutes. Turns out the south checkpoint was completely closed, so I walked the length of the terminal to the north checkpoint, where I ended up waiting about 35 minutes.
I can't remember the last time I checked the app (for multiple airports) and it didn't say all checkpoints open, 0-15 minutes wait. It makes me wonder if anyone is even bothering to update the data at these checkpoints.
