Awful claims experience
Great app but not great service.

I am unable to ever log into this freaking app it keeps telling me something is wrong i can sometimes only log in at night ??????

My dad was paying the insurance for me on the first must and he got a email that the insurance was cancelled because he did not finish uploading his profile photo than he wrote an email explaining he will transfer everything they agreed I logged in with my account and I payed the first month again he never got a refund and this month he paid again and the haven’t been deducted from my account this month

App hanging
This app barely works after sales, been trying to update my card details on here for weeks and it hangs on the login screen. App store shows it as up to date yet I am still unable to login
Best Insurance
Best ever. Insured my phone and in less than a month I got robbed. After submitting the necessary documentation, I received a voucher to get myself another phone minus the excess fee. The only problem I have now is that I can’t insure my phone again with them.

So annoying when I try to log in and I can’t get access to the app - it means I can’t access any of my information. Just stuck on the log in page loading forever
Poor form
As an existing customer trying to log in and update details, both the app & website are not giving me the functionality to just log in an transact.

Unprofessional service. Easy to insure, however, difficult for them to pay out.
They follow terms and conditions of their own. The service is poor.
Very simple process
I can’t remember buying any insurance so easy in my entire life . The questions are easy to understand and the app is very user friendly wowwww I’m happy. I hope that the claim process is also this seamless 😀
No nonsense self service
My experience has been superb so far. Full self service onboarding from the app. It allowed me to also play around with the different options and to see what the effect is on the monthly premium.
Phone insurance
I bought a phone in July and got it insured with them because their prices were reasonably. Unfortunately, in less than a month of getting the phone, I got mugged and my phone was stolen. I put in a claim and was able to get a new phone in less than a week. Their service was quick and efficient with no hassles after I had submitted the necessary documentation

Digital-less
For an app based on a service that’s only digital, you guys really should put in more effort to make sure this works flawlessly. Having to repetitively fill in the same data and repeat steps because the app has no context awareness apparently. At this stage I can’t even log in. Considering cancelling my policy because I can’t even access it.

Good rates, but room for improvement
The good: User friendly app, good rates and discounts if you don’t drive your car often.
The bad: The panel beater I was sent to wasn’t great. Insurance feels slightly less comprehensive. Ensuring all risk items is a pain. Getting issues resolved is a pain.
4 stars is being generous.

Worst insurance out there
I was with them for almost 2 years. A window chip took 2 weeks to get repaired! Then they just cancelled my cover without informing me Properly.
