Don’t order online
Since i had my leg hurt, i ordered 1.5kg of chicken breast online it said within 2 hours we will deliver, its been 3 hours not got delivered and i called customer care they told delivery guy had switched off his phone, no tracking nothing.,, worst system ever. They don’t even deserve 1 star.
Pluxee card not accepting
Trying to order through Pluxee meal card payment but order is denied, kindly consider this request and accept the card in the future

They do not provide a refund of your order gets canceled. Customer care do not give you any support or proper information.
Worst quality meat
I guess reviews are fake. Based on reviews i ordered meat from Nandus. Cutting is too bad and all bone, fat and only skin pieces. They don’t have proper customer service also.
Poor delivery
Poor delivery option, and there is no proper response from the customer care and lastly we cancelled order, i will suggest don’t use this app.

Off late finding issue with Nandus online app, even after order confirmation through message app shows no order and porter ppl go to store to pick up order and they say no order.. customer care also doesn’t respond.. worst app management

Rotten customer service like their rotten food
I ordered prawns from their app. It wouldn’t stop foaming on washing. On searching about this I found that this is due to a detergent like chemical used in preserving food. Which is a know neurotoxin. So that is what Nandu’s is delivering when they say “fresh” meat. Worst part- couldn’t even reach customer support to complain about this.

Terrible app to reach customer support
While the app making ordering easy, it is almost impossible to get your complaint addressed. The chatbot doesn’t complete its flow and by the time you speak to the executive they inform you that it is too late.
