This Is Ridiculous!
I use this app everyday for work. Don’t get me wrong, this works pretty well on a laptop/pc. But don’t get me started about trying to use this on a mobile device. The app will freeze when you try add items to the cart, or click something too quickly. THIS NEEDS FIXED!!!

The set up process is exhaustingly difficult as they require invoice numbers in amounts for the last two weeks to even be able to set up your account with the app, but it never recognizes them so you can't even get it set up. We've just been spending a lot of money at a different auto parts store is a result!

Absolute trash 95% of the time
If you like having to enter you information to log in ever time you open the app, this is your app.
If you want the ability to order parts in your hand and have them not process or be looked at in the store, this app is for you.
If you want to order from cv shafts for a Silverado and be asked if it’s four wheel drive. This is the app for you.
If you want to look something up by VIN and have to enter all the model engine vin number details anyway even though you see it on the vin in the app - hurry up and sign up.

Terrible app
Good but 2 issues
Update - I took my review from 4 stars down to 2 stars. The updated app is even worse than the previous app. If you scroll up it clear your search and if you add something to your cart the app becomes unresponsive. Come on guys, you have good auto parts but your developers for your app suck.
I like it, it works, you fixed the notes section - thank you. The two issue that I have noticed as of today are: 1.) if you click any .pdf file and when it opens there is no way to close it. This happens on the Deals .pdf’s and the warranty .pdf’s for individual parts. Currently I have to close the app and start all over to get back to where I was. 2.) if I go to different app other than the Napa app, sometimes I just get a white screen when going back to the Napa app. This happens when cross referencing something in my browser or YouTube app and the I try to go back to the Napa app that was already open. Again, I have to close the app completely and start all over again. Thanks again for responding and fixing things!

Too many bugs
Theres no back button and the app just keep crashing
App is inexcusable terrible
I need to use this app for work and I am constantly uninstalling and reinstalling just to get it to let me log in, the app is very very buggy and doesn’t work 70% of the time, it has no back button and is exactly difficult to navigate I highly suggest someone makes this app usable
Non Functioning unless uninstall and reinstall each use!
This app is absolutely terrible. I’ve called and complained a number of times, maybe this will get a response. The ONLY way I can use this app on my IPad is to uninstall it and then reinstall it EVERY time I use it. There is no back button making it difficult to navigate the app easily without backing completely out and starting all over. Lately I can’t even get logged into the app. I have taken a video showing the issue I keep having when logging in, maybe someone important will see this review and contact me and I can send them the video I took. Please fix this problem, I am not the only person having issues!!!

This app is absolute trash! after the latest episode that they call an update I can no longer search anything. It just goes to a page that says something went wrong and I have to close the app to even back out to the homepage. Contacted the customer service and they can’t figure out why it’s doing this either. Hard to run a business and order parts when the platform is junk.

** REALLY NEEDS TO FIX THE scan Barcode for Chevy ( GM) makes vehicles that don’t have Barcode scan option because it won’t let you scan the code for those makes… so u usually have to enter the Tag # etc… and submit it that way! Plz fix this asap!!! Overdue **
Overall it’s a great helpful app for us on the front counter @ (Napa Auto Care Center) using Napa Tracs system for their Store.

Nice update
The new vin/tag scanner is MUCH better than the old one. If only this app linked to TRACS so the vins would get sent there. Or at least update the scanner on the NAPA TRACS app to match this one.
He used to work OK before the new updates about five years

Worst experience I’ve had with an app
App fails to load 80% of the time, requires for me to restart it 3-6 times just to look up parts and scan vehicles, crashes really often, and logs you out randomly and doesn’t allow you to log back in after, I could go on all day with more defects this app has
Needs a lot of improvement
App freezes a lot on iOS and sometimes the back button is gone so you’re stuck in certain page and can’t do anything else except to close the app and start all over again

Please add scan funcionality while multitask
Please add functionality to be able to scan using iPad SLITVIEW or Multitasking. Basically be able to scan vin number while the NapaProLink app is running on Ipad side by side another app. Thanks
