Worked great, then didnโt
In the past two weeks, the vacuum has literally gone one square foot, claims to have mopped and vacuumed my whole house, and returns to the base. Iโm deleting the app and reinstalling. Fingers crossed this works because this is waaaaayyyy too expensive of a system to fail less than 6 months into ownership.

Terrible Map Editing
The placement of room dividing lines is very imprecise and almost always results in errors. Absolutely awful when trying to divide an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. It makes the device almost unusable because I cannot divide the larger room by surface type and cleaning preference. The app does not take advantage of the iPadโs larger display- it just gives you the same screen as it does on an iPhone.

For a $1500 product, this app and the software is very lackluster. Please improve this app and make it more modern and reliable and add some more customizability. You have no business making a product that is so ridiculously expensive for it to have a subpar app like this. PLEASE improve this
Great until app didnโt connect to vacuum anymore
First nine months of owning my Narwal was amazing. Then suddenly the app wouldnโt connect to the vacuum. Tried rebooting numerous times but no success. Now I can only run vacuum from on/off button. Very disappointed.
No option to disable some operations
No option to disable these two operations: 1) mop drying 2) dust cabinet disinfectant. These operations start after every mop and vacuum and take a VERY LONG TIME. I want to disable them and manually do it. Everything else is great about the app and the robot. Please give us options to disable the two operations s.

Workhorse of a Vacuum
We bought the Flow 2 vac/mop for a large home. The Flow 2 could easily be used in commercial settings. It is a heavy robust machine. Vacuums well & mops even better.
The app easily mapped out our main floor of about 1800 sq ft. We added a lower space of 800 sq ft as a 2nd map.
It was easy to set up a daily schedule for the robot with the desired tasks. First, you choose the device, then you choose the desired map to set the tasks for the specific space.
The app is pretty intuitive & loaded with features & monitoring so you know the status of items, such as the dust bin.
It would be helpful to have help bubbles for the views with icons.
Overall, the system works so well, we ordered a 2nd Flow 2 for upstairs areas.

Pathetic service
Customer service is pretty bad. Even technician who comes for installation doesnโt have any idea on required details to ensure the warranty and he changes his words when we identity any technical issues with product. Not trust worthy at all.
Quick mapping never mapped
I run the quick map over 20 times but never was a map saved. Always shows zero mapped area. Extremely frustrating!!! And an angry customer

Narwal Pro
Itโs an amazing device. Absolutely loving it. The most awesome feature is continuous washing of mop pads in between cleaning tasks and at the end washing and drying of mop pads is fantastic. However the only struggle is splitting of rooms in the app. The mapping is not quite right. It combines two bedrooms while there are completely separate.

Worst team worst support and worst service
Product got fried in one month and their support is pathetic. You have to send the product and they will get it fixed.
Terrible networking
This app is trash. I buy a $1500 robot and the dang thing loses connection after the first use. Keeps saying network errorโฆreconnecting. And if I reset the robot, it just flat out says unable to connect. So my expensive robot is a brick now. Terrible company. Iโll never buy Narwal again.
App is inferior to Roborock
Canโt split large rooms without creating makeshift physical walls for the robot to detect which is asinine. This should be doable virtually within the app. Canโt schedule the robot to clean one room at a time within a single task to allow the bin to empty after each room is cleaned since the robot canโt be configured to empty after a certain sq ft is cleaned. Instead you have to create a timed scheduled task for each room but the robot will skip the next task if itโs still running the 1st one. So youโll end up with missed rooms depending on how long it takes the robot to complete each room. The only other way is to expand the cleaning schedules to occur throughout the entire day. Never had these issues with the roborock app.
