Great way to stay on top of bill

Winter is Coming
Spring/Summer -$40-$80, but Winter it's brutal- ranges from $600-$1,000+. I'm a Senior living off of my husband SSI. - I'm applying for Heap again!! it didn't go through the first, second or third time. I was told next time to go through the City, I will do that.
I'm not looking forward to the Winter months, but hope that Heap would be the middle ground.

Getting better. Finally!
It was actually very nice to be able to login without having to enter my entire life history in my family tree‘s first and last name, but yeah, the convenience fee is still. For lack of better words. Robbery!
Used to be fine
Then I started getting notifications and reminders to pay my bill. But my bill was paid! It happened so frequently that I was going insane, double checking myself. If a balance is zero, don't remind me to pay my bill! It's not rocket science!
Horrendous
I used to love the app however for the past 3 months my current bill and due date have been stuck on the previous bill from 3 months prior. I always have to call to get updated information. More hassle than it’s worth.

The new method is so easier to pay online and easier to print out bills. I still like to hold actual bill in my hand to look over. It’s a win win for me!!

The app freezes any time you try to get to a new screen and you have to keep closing the app and restarting it.

Basic. Confusing setup for Face ID
Has basic info. Nothing really worth the effort. It keeps asking if I want to use face id, but when i say yes , it just pops up another screen to go to settings which doesn’t work . Just as quick and easier to go to main website.
NatGrid APP
One of the most useless APPs I have ever downloaded and use.
I thought this would access my Account via the APP instead of using the website to schedule payments and view payments and billing.
But I was Solely Mistaken!!
Definitely removing from my phone and Freeing Up Precious Storage Space!
Keep Going NatGrid (NIMO).
Totally Piss Poor Customer Support!
Just redownloaded this Supposedly IMPROVED APP & took SIX(6) tries Before I was able to get it to recognize my login information, kept telling me I was entering either and/or incorrect username and/or password.
Same that I was able to do on Website!!
Then once I was able to login with the APP I COULD NOT GET IT TO SETUP FACE ID!!!
This APP STILL SUCKS!
Deleted it from my phone again and WILL NOT DO THIS AGAIN!!
