Missing data compared to website version
Important payment information isn’t shown in app version so have to check web version.
When setting up a new phone and navigating away from app it resets setup every time..

App still resets when navigating away during setup… can only have 1 phone linked to 1 user account. Think it’s time for bankline to be scrapped and produce something that is functional for 2025.. other banks offer more features with an easier to use app.

This app was virtually perfect before it was updated and you seem to have ruined it or taken away things that didn’t need to be.

Cheque deposit doesn’t work.
Very poor functionality for depositing a cheque. It never works!
QR codes
App is useful, but it’s a shame you can’t generate QR codes like the Personal Nat West app - we are a church and have people want to donate via QR code, but we can’t help them…

This App will not update
Terrible
Won’t allow me to download, apparently I need IOS16 whatever that is. The upgrade is therefore a downgrade and a reduction in service. Who can I complain to?

The app suddenly stopped working saying I need to upgrade to the latest version, tried to install it only to get the message Need to have iOS 16,my phone is in iOS 15.8 so can’t now use the app. We’ll done nat west another panderer to the apple rip off

The most useless app to ever exist anytime I try to send money I have to use Face ID, which results in my account being removed because apparently my face is not my face. Trying to log back in is a whole other issue, my password works every where, computer, websites on my phone but if I use the app wrong. If I try to use the help section on the of chance it actually loads by the time I can type my name the whole screens gone white.

Without IOS 16 I can no longer get into my accounts
My iPhone 7 cannot download this app. (IOS 15.8 is its highest available configuration)
The old version is no longer accessible.
Weeks ago I was told there would be a workaround.

I am unable to download the update as it says my OS is too old but phone says it’s up to date . Why can I not continue to use the previous version.
So now I cannot use the app at all as it always takes me to the store to update. May have to look for another bank.

No longer works
App no longer works on my iPhone. I have used the app since day 1 but now it doesn’t work at all because I am using iOS 15.8
Approving payments from bulk lists
Please change the format of approving payments from bulk lists so that all payees that are actually being paid are at the top. This will save needlessly scrolling past all those that aren’t being paid to find the ones that are!
