Constant crashes and objectionable Byzantine rules
Trying to set my own payment limits your app constantly crashes during photo capture then enforces a waiting period just because I’ve upgraded my phone. Have a long hard look at yourselves in the mirror and remember whose money it is.

Click on international payments, new contact, it then loads the NatWest advert to open a new bank account, mortgage ads etc. whats needed us tge drop down box to enter iban etc.

New Phone No Face ID
I am unable to use Face ID on the NatWest app, even though I have enabled it. The message I get is that I have only just begun to use the app on this phone…. I used it for 4 years on my old phone. Ridiculous deprivation of service

Great service never lets me down
Cora is useless
Cora is a regression in functionality. I would rather email an IT support desk than use Cora. I would put good money that no one in natwest actually uses it as a customer. The AI is useless and I always have to type “let me speak to a person”, re type my problem, and then wait 48 hours for a human to respond and then they close the chat within a few hours. USELSSS.
Edit: for clarity, I was able to speak to a human, but the ticket system is flawed and closes the tickets before they are resolved
