On the whole ok but annoying when things change such as frost protection temperature changes

New boiler, lots of promises and hype about the phone app. Has got better but loses info - history and glitches so all of a sudden it goes into holiday mode.

Smart App

As others have said the Smart app is very temperamental and typically requires the app to be fully closed and restarted. If buying again I would consider trying to find another form of smart controller as the Navien version is very poor
