The PRT reference to use
I use this app all the time to help run my unit’s PRT Program. It is strait forward, easy to use, and makes the alternative cardio a breeze to calculate. I also use it in my personal training to set my fitness goals for my own PRT. It’s great
Good but not up to date.
The treadmill was deleted from the application and people are still able to test on it. It’s also lacking a developer email to send to the issues of the app to.

Hey there Sunny. The Treadmill is just the 1.5 mile, so there was never any special user interface for sailors doing that cardio option. Regarding emailing the developer, press the Info (i) button on the top right and then select "Contact Developer". Feel free to email any comments.
My go-to PFA goals planning app
I started just using this for my husband and I a few years ago. As LPOs now we both love being able to help our sailors estimate their PT goals.
I’ve gotten sailors to graduate FEP and achieve their Excellent scores to skip.
It was a little tricky at first, but over the years it’s become our go-to app!

Don’t trust WAY OFF!
Bike cardio calculator is way off. If you follow the “goal calculator” you will most likely FAIL. Thankfully I decided to push it but that was a close one.

Crashes like crazy, very buggy
The score app crashes to desktop. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still crashes to desktop.

Finger-Man, Please contact the developer with more details. It is understood that some issues use to occur when using the app on an iPad. That should not be the case since April 2019. Thanks
Not Accurate
I’m a current CFL. Cycle 2 2017 I ran into an issue with a sailor with BCA issue and the app had them a percent off on their body fat compared to the chart in the guides. This was crucial error especially with advancement results...

Use this all the time! It is very helpful to have all the regulations.
Buggy
Score calculator doesn't work. And sometimes it crashes...good reference though for other things.

Mermaid, please pass the developer the specifics on when you believe the calculator is not providing correct results. It is expected to be correct 100% of the time. This app is a bit confusing at first. But it has everything I need and is always updated to the most recent instruction...
Super Convenient
As a CFL it's extremely helpful to have this app and use it to answer any questions or concerns that service members have. The fact that anyone can use this and have the most up to date information makes it an asset for them! Keep it up!!

This app is updated to the most recent instruction (061/16). Support from the app creator is great as well, I wrote them an email and they replied back in a timely manner. Great job with this being a great reference!

I've been through this app very extensively to make sure it was worth the money paid and I believe I got this app at a steal. The one minor problem I found, I contacted the developer and it was fixed with an update and feedback within 24 hours.
**Update**
Over a year later this app is still getting regular updates! About a couple weeks after a change happens to the PFA, this app gets updated! It says don't officially use this app but I think that's due to lack of endorsing from the NAVY not its accuracy.
