Absolutely useless!
The app use to work flawlessly until the last 8 months ago. Now it doesn’t even allow you to LOG in…so you have no access to the account or data, making the entire smart functionality of the product pointless. When it does allow you to log in the litter log data in blank and still missing at times. So disappointing considering the product is actually good.

Great while it lasted
I loaded this app a month ago and included the info on my three cats. I was pleased to see their usage of the litter box shown in app. Nice to know who was - and wasn’t - using it. This morning I opened the app - and all data had disappeared. Cat names and weights, usage over the last month, everything. But I was still logged in. I tried re-adding my cats but I kept getting the message that the info couldn’t be saved, try again. After 10 attempts to save even one cat’s info, I gave up. Hoping a clean install of the app would help, I deleted and reinstalled the app. Now I can’t even log in. So much for tracking my cats’ usage. For the price I paid for the litter box (which works great and I’m very happy with) you’d think they could create an app that matched their product. Guess their focus is on expensive litter boxes, not apps and customer support. Don’t bother with the app. It sucks.

App is horrible
Zero tech support, just updated and now won’t let me log into my account or setup a new one.
Can’t even log in anymore
App stopped giving me data on my cat’s litter box usage, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and now I can no longer log in. Keeps telling me request failed.

Glitchy
This app is so glitchy. Deletes info often can’t log in often can’t share with family members. It’s done what I’ve needed it to do but next time l will pay more for a better one
App is useless.
I can’t even register and sign up for an acct. I looked online to find out why and it says it can’t use 5G! What the hell kind of WiFi device can’t use 5G!? The only way to put the machine in manual/kitten mode so it doesn’t scare her is through the app. Now I have to return a $500 litter box. This is ridiculous.

Awful.
Can’t access anything. Fails to allow login, won’t allow me to reset my password. Can’t recalibrate the litter without access. Absolutely awful.
Why is there no ‘empty’ button on the app?
The ‘empty’ button is wonky on my machine. It works but it takes forever to get it to work because the button doesn’t unstick. It would make so much sense to have that functionality from the app so I don’t have to deal with that broken button. Also, I don’t know if it’s the broken button or the machine is just stupid, but for days after I empty the bin, it will empty itself at completely random times without me telling it to. For DAYS. And it’s really hard to tell it to stop. Would be nice if the app tracked the emptying and had a hard stop button or something. Either way, this machine is more annoying than it’s worth. If it hadn’t been a gift, I would never have gotten this and I wouldn’t recommend it to other people in its current state with the price tag. It also has way too many crevices that litter falls into and makes a huge mess under the machine. I know they have ‘tape’ to fix that, but you have to request it. Just send it! It’s YOUR design flaw.

TOO MANY ADS
The app works. You can set preferences and be informed of the status (such as low litter or litter pan is full).
That said, there is NO WAY TO TURN OFF ADVERTISING!! Turning off notifications shuts down both the push ads and the litter box state.
Terrible. Fix this or I’ll eventually buy a new litter box without forced ads (they’re not even localized! I got a German ad today. Stop it!!)

Reduced my rating because 2 years later you still cannot turn off Amazon Prime special offer notifications.

SAVE YOUR MONEY
Doesn’t recognise your cat between breakfast and bedtime with the tiny shift in weight, no ability to adjust the threshold of tolerance to change that. No ability to opt out of promotional notifications, so have to disable notifications entirely which renders half of the app useless. The machine itself is extremely loud and disruptive and very slow to operate. It also drops litter out the back side constantly and is overall a waste of several hundred dollars.

Worst app I use on a regular basis. Doesn’t keep the cat info, switches to metric weight randomly. Thank god I’m only using it for a cat litter box.

The app is terrible. Keeps deleting says of records, consistently logs the wrong cat, keeps immediately logging me out and freezing. I'd give it negative stars if I could. It's useless.
Won’t show any wifi networks
Support sucks, and when trying to connect via 2.4ghz it won’t show any WiFi networks at all. I can’t get it to say connection failed because it won’t find anything.
Cannot select wifi network
The app fundamentally does not work. From the connection page, I’m unable to select a wifi network. The input field is unresponsive.
