So bad
Worst app I use on a regular basis. Doesn’t keep the cat info, switches to metric weight randomly. Thank god I’m only using it for a cat litter box.
App is so terrible it's useless
The app is terrible. Keeps deleting says of records, consistently logs the wrong cat, keeps immediately logging me out and freezing. I'd give it negative stars if I could. It's useless.
Won’t show any wifi networks
Support sucks, and when trying to connect via 2.4ghz it won’t show any WiFi networks at all. I can’t get it to say connection failed because it won’t find anything.

KEEPS SAYING BIN IS FULL
i liked the litter box but now it’s being weird! keeps saying the bin is full when it’s empty!
Worst app
This is the worst app I have ever used. Half the time it acts like I don’t have a unit registered. Then it forgets I have already added my cats. Extremely poor functioning app. The neakasa litter box works great though.
Needs better translations
The English is really garbled in this app and makes some features hard to understand. Please improve this!
Good product horrible app
App doesn’t work it’s useless the product itself is good but it gets completely ruined by a broken app that doesn’t let you log in it’s always request failed it’s very annoying and it makes the product practically pointless.
Good, but Please Work on Accessibility
The app works and is functional. But …
1. Please work on accessibility. Test the app with VoiceOver, and add proper labels and states. I should not need to use image recognition or screen recognition to use the app (though I am very glad they helped me work around the issues).
2. Update device view log lines when app is in foreground. I shouldn't have to go back to the device list, then open the device again, just to see new log entries.

Malfunction
I hat this product for a while now and it was doing fine but today due the line every now and then I would notice that I would get kicked out from the app to where I have to login again and I noticed that the little box had species at the top where it would dispose when it cleans turn out it’s overfilled and didn’t even notify me that it was known that I hear the sound when it beep, and since I wasn’t notified through the app. I wasn’t aware that the box needed to be cleaned. Because once I hear the beeping noise that tells me he has a litter box is full and needs to be cleaned. That didn’t happened. Very disappointed and it shouldn’t be a reason why I’m getting kicked out of the app.

Inaccurate count
Litterbox usage count is inaccurate on the calendar view. It might say that my cat used it 5x on a specific day. But when you look at the details for that day, it’ll show a different count
So frustrating!
Should’ve gone with a different option. This thing CONSTANTLY has issues saying it’s full when it’s not because of a faulty system.. constantly having to clean the sensors as it stops all the time. Going to just throw it away.
This app sucks
How about writing the app so I can tell it that I only have one cat and any cat that goes into the machine is that same cat?
Broken unit - can’t talk to support
Bought a brand new unit and it arrived broken and missing screws. No way to call support, just an aI powered chat that after 3 days has done nothing to help. Now i have to disassemble and mail this piece of junk back to them. What a disaster. They couldn’t less. Get the friggin Liter Robot. Thanks for nothing guys.

Beyond basic to the point of being inaccurate
No way to correct which cat when the wrong cat is detected. No way to assign an existing cat when it can’t tell which cat. Not able to put in cat names that contain spaces. Defaults to metric even when cat weights are put in as US Customary. Doesn’t automatically update cat weight when the correct cat is detected. Doesn’t keep a history of cat weight outside of the usage history. No way to export data to either CSV or JSON. Unnecessary collection of location data, there is exactly ZERO reason Neakasa needs to know where my litterbox is sitting.

Absolute rubbish
Don’t bother downloading. Counter intuitive & non functional.
Poor login experience with devided
The login experience really needs to be fixed. I have the app on multiple devices and each device invalidates the other. This means the devices do not get notifications and cannot be used simultaneously. Making multiple logins for a single user to access using more than one device is not a solution.

Works good when it works
This app works fine but loves to sign you out without notice every few weeks leaving you without important notifications about being full or upside down.
