Cannot submit maintenance requests
The app crashes regularly and I cannot submit maintenance requests. It is incredibly unintuitive to use.
Frustrating
In my experience this app does not work. I have deleted and reinstalled a number of times. Have deleted the app and reinstalled again this evening and now it won’t progress beyond the login page! Seriously?!

App is terrible
Serious need for user experience upgrade. How to use the app is completely unclear, and can never find the service i actually need. Would much prefer I talk to a real person…
Poor response to requests
No body responds to requests, even just a curtesy call or response.
Crashing issue
The app keeps on crashing. Couldn't even check any on going application as it crashes as soon as you clink any application.
Stupid App
As noted by another user death roll of saying session expired, even after deleting and reloading. Absolute rubbish
Very difficult to have maintenance organised
The emergency contacts don’t worry and no one picks up.

With the carpet maggots paying their fair share I can now afford to live in what’s called “beyond condemnation living”
New Update Bug
Just updated app and now it goes into a death roll of saying session expired over and over repeatedly not allowing me to log in. Just constantly reloading page and saying session expired.

As a tenant, this app makes life easier and simpler. I do recommend downloading this

Vital info is often hidden off screen
I was having a good time with SORTED, as it’s know on other platforms, even tho I am FORCED to use it and haven’t zero choice about it… However… right at the absolute CRUCIAL time in this so called housing crisis it absolutely failed us in the most catastrophic way… We are new to applying for houses- full stop let along through a brand new ap we have never used before… and we had no idea how important it was to “sign” the lease is just 24hrs after getting the link. And the ap made ZERO mention of the time limit- CHANGE THAT… it’s crucial - you need to add a timer and a count down clock. Further more we thought we were just SIGNING the lease… but no… that’s on page one of about FIVE… and again- no indication of how many pages until done.. no 1 of 5 … 2 of 5.. “ “nearly there “… no “wait! Your lease has NOT been signed yet- keep going” And the next buttons are often off screen - meaning it’s easy to think the first button press just didn’t work- so you press it again with out realising you just accepted new info you Havnt read /downloaded yet… In OUR case, one of the applicants- after down loading all 5 documents offered, thought they were finished… but no- they missed the final page- ((I have since spoken to house mate who says they DID get to the final screen saying they’d completed)) our AGENT - didn’t contact us to tell us it hadn’t worked till 15min before the link expired- and even then it was a simple email not an URGENT phone call… I had emailed an hour earlier saying we HAD finished- I thought we had- my ap said I had signed completely- my ap didn’t tell me the other applicant HADNT signed - which is something else that MUST be changed!! All applicants need to be able to see exactly where in the lease signing process the other applicants are… And as a result of the POOR layout and function of this ap - we risk missing out on the house we have applied for - and literally may be homeless as a result of THIS AP. As we missed the deadline for signing the lease with no guarantee the agent will reissue us with another one once the weekend is done. Not good enough!!!
I have since writing this reached out to support, spoke to someone- who not only had to be coerced into accepting FEEDBACK … offered NO apology nor showed any concern what so ever for the stress and utter turmoil living thinking I am literally about to be homeless.

Doesn’t work
First version I installed crashed as soon as I opened it. I updated the app, and now it just gets stuck on a white screen with a spinning wheel.
