Paid $150 for this device and couldn’t even get past the app install.
Amazing device and application
For over a month, I have been utilizing Neo, and it has proven to be an exceptionally valuable tool. Its most significant contribution to my productivity has been its ability to efficiently capture meeting notes during extended meetings.
However, I would like to propose a feature enhancement that could further enhance the app’s functionality. I have observed that the app fails to open when there is no network connection.
For instance, during a lengthy meeting, I had to attend a subsequent appointment. While commuting, I had a brief window of time to review the meeting notes and summaries. Unfortunately, there was a period of time when there was no network connection, preventing me from accessing these notes.
It would be beneficial if the app could store recent memories or summaries on the device, allowing users to retrieve them during network-free periods.

I’ve been using the Neo 1 for almost a month now and it’s been a great experience. It’s super sleek and fits right into my daily routine without any hassle. Really love how easy it is to wear and use. Only thing I’d improve is the battery life—it could last a bit longer. Overall, very happy with it!
