Horrible experience using neteller, there is no Customer service apart from a stupid chat that doesn’t answer your questions! Very, very hard to navigate to find an answer! And in the end if you have problems with your transactions and you need to charge back, forget about it just assume you’ve lost your money cause they don’t give a F to customers they just want your money.

I am writing this to warn absolutely everyone to stay far away from Neteller. They are nothing but scammers who prey on hard-working people.
My account was created back in 2023. I had some issues with their broken verification system, but instead of helping me resolve it, they suddenly locked me out completely. I opened my app only to see a red banner saying "Your account was permanently closed."
The worst part? They did this while holding 80,000 of my hard-earned money inside the account! It is incredibly sad, frustrating, and unfair. They have completely cut off my access to my own funds, and getting a hold of their customer support when you are locked out is a complete nightmare.
Do not trust this platform with a single dime of your money. They will wait until you have a significant balance, lock you out under the guise of "verification issues," and permanently close your account so you can't access your funds.
Neteller, give me back my hard-earned money! To everyone else reading this: protect your money and use a platform that actually respects its customers.

This is the worst digital bank, i’ve ever come across. Honestly feels like a joke how they operate. No communication from they at all unless they want to respond. I have sent several support cases. They don’t respond.

I wanted to transfer funds to a crypto wallet , and it was pending for 5 days then the money came back in my account and they have now restricted my account wanting me to validate again which they now keep denieing my id, so i cant even send or do anything with my money now

Depositing funds is quick and easy, but withdrawing them is a completely different story.
After requesting a withdrawal 6 days ago I was asked to provide additional documentation that should have already been verified during onboarding. While I understand AML requirements, the process feels unnecessarily complicated and poorly handled.
The app shows the transfer as completed, yet it has been over a week and I still haven’t received my funds. There’s also a lack of clear communication or timeline for resolution.
Overall, a very frustrating experience. Accessing your own money shouldn’t be this difficult.
