Stole my 80,000 and permanently closed my account without warning! 🤬💔
I am writing this to warn absolutely everyone to stay far away from Neteller. They are nothing but scammers who prey on hard-working people.
My account was created back in 2023. I had some issues with their broken verification system, but instead of helping me resolve it, they suddenly locked me out completely. I opened my app only to see a red banner saying "Your account was permanently closed."
The worst part? They did this while holding 80,000 of my hard-earned money inside the account! It is incredibly sad, frustrating, and unfair. They have completely cut off my access to my own funds, and getting a hold of their customer support when you are locked out is a complete nightmare.
Do not trust this platform with a single dime of your money. They will wait until you have a significant balance, lock you out under the guise of "verification issues," and permanently close your account so you can't access your funds.
Neteller, give me back my hard-earned money! To everyone else reading this: protect your money and use a platform that actually respects its customers.

They i had emailed them and they said that after reviewing they arent refunding my money for some reason so they practically just stole from me

I got scammed on here
I made an account ending up getting scammed reached out to the customer service and I was put on hold for several hours, just for them to tell me to verify my ID, after getting scammed I did not feel comfortable putting my information on the app.
Withdrawals pending over 1 weeks with no updates
It’s been frustrating for waiting the support team help me sort out my pending withdrawal, I kept messaging customer support, kept me waiting waiting waiting..
One payment method
The app is good, but the only problem is the lack of several payment methods, I believe if there are other payment methods available for Nigerians, such as bank transfer, Opay payment, and other local bank payment methods the app will be number 1 and way better than the money wise app. Please add this feature.

Disappointed
I was using this app and had few transactions go smoothly. But soon as I deposited a higher sum the account was locked without any warning. Could not get any help and could not get back my money. Total scam. Quick to take my money but no way to get it back.

Ahhh of course this app is used to scam people and when you flag it up and report it straight away there is no customer service I’ve been a sitting duck waiting on Simone to reply back to me but no one. DO NOT USE THIS APP ITS ALL A SCAM !!!!!
Terrible scheme to charge extra
I credit my account to buy crypto but they keep telling me to credit my account but still couldn’t buy the crypto with more than enough in my account with outrageous transaction fee! Only for me to send my money back to my card I got only half the amount with extra transaction charge. Bottom line I paid for a waste of time because I still never got to purchase the crypto. -5 star

This is total SCAM, verified my account fine, all accepted transferred funds in went to transfer my funds and they locked account, tried many times to contact to sort and go NO RESPONSE. Please DO NOT USE
