Had the app for 3 years. It works intermittently and has issues with the server.
Horrible company.
Do yourselves a favor and pay the extra dough for RingCentral. A far better product.
Parasite
Do not put this app on your phone. You can’t escape the calls. I’ve deleted the app from my phone and it continues to ring when someone calls the office, it even lets the caller leave a voicemail on my phone.
Calls never stop even when logged out
When I log into the app to work from home, it works fine... Then, when I log out for the day, and it STILL sends me client phone calls. I’ve even deleted the app and cAlls Still come thru. What’s worse is they get directed to my personal voicemail when I don’t answer!!! It’s terrible. Fonality needs to update this app.

Hot garbage
Worst phone app for a work environment ever. If you log out, you will continue to receive work calls. If you log out and close the app, you still receive work calls to your mobile phone. If you let your phone go to lock screen while using the app, the app will act as if your number has been disconnected. Nothing but a headache for me and I’ve just resorted to having my IT dept remove my mobile license because this is terrible

Doesn’t forward calls.
Cell doesn’t ring. Cannot let me change location. Doesn’t forward calls to cell phone as of Dec 2019.
New version stinks
Can’t transfer calls or do anything other than call out. Don’t know why they changed from the old version.

I like the new look but you know what I would like better? If it would let me make a call out. I get calls into the app all day without issue but can’t dial out for anything. I’ve done every setting change, uninstall/reinstall, etc. Even our IT Guy is stumped at work. We’re looking into changing systems.

Some good, some bad...
In general, I like the new version, however, I can’t get voicemails to play on my phone. The graphics look nice and it gives all appearances of playing the message, but there is no audio. Needs to be fixed ASAP.
From bad to worse.
Fonality/Net Fortress somehow managed to make a product that didn't work well, even worse. The app crashes regularly, and will not notify you of an incoming call, which is the entire point of the app. You can't access voice mail by extension anymore, either.
New version has problems
I used the old HUD Mobile app daily but since the update there is a major problem. When I call a co worker in my contacts using the app, they pick up the call and cannot hear me. This is a major bug. I cannot recommend this app until they fix this problem.
No more call que management
Nice new interface, but now we can’t log in or log out of our call ques on mobile. Basically the only reason we used the app. I agree it needed a face lift. But bring back the core functionality.
Does not sign out.
Even after closing out of the app and restarting my phone I still get office calls on my cell phone and not my office phone. I have had to call customer support a few times to sign me out. Hope this gets fixed soon.
Very buggy
Crashes a lot. Voice quality is good but only works over WiFi calling. A lot of trial and error to figure out how it works.

Does Fonality/Netfortris have any plans of updating this app? The app is currently in Y2K mode and is hard to use. I have been a Fonality customer for nearly 10 years and am very disappointed to see that they have ignored this app. Netfortris management are you listening?

Contacts often do not appear in list. Very buggy
Needs a lot of work
The app works ok if you didn't have to leave the app on for it to work. Meaning if you need to text someone or look at email, review schedule or any other app it will not work. So your iPhone become useless when you need to use this app to answer incoming calls.
Chat threads get superimposed
I open 1 chat and then close it. Then, when I open a second chat, both the first and tge second chats are visible and superimposed one on top of the other, and I can't read anything on either chat. If this is done multiple times, multiple chats get superimposed. Also, the unreviewed chat counter doesn't seem to decrease after a chat is opened, I still show 3 unreviewd/unopened chats. Please fix this ASAP.
