No way to report outages

Just as I would expect from a utilities company in South Carolina, their app and website live 10 years in the past. The ONLY reason I would dedicate storage space to this app is so that I can quickly report a power outage, and they seem to have removed that functionality as of July 2023.

My power is out, btw.
